Price and location were good but quality and up keep of condo along with multiple maintenance issues made the stay less than desirable. Upon arrival it was really hot and there was no internet. I figured someone must have left the air on and that it had froze up so we made sure it was off and just opened windows and doors for the breeze. I then had to figure out why we didn’t have any internet and come to find out it had been unplugged. No biggie, that was a quick fix. Got internet up and kids were happy. Why it was unplugged no clue. So later that night when everyone was ready for bed of course we closed the doors and turned the air on to 71 and around 3:00AM everyone woke up Covered in sweat and it was over 80 degrees in the condo. I knew something wasn’t right and that it wasn’t freezing up but possibly out of Freon. So opened the windows and made a service call at first light. Around noon the next day the maintenance team shows up and come to find out the thermostat had been wired to blow heat no matter what setting it was on. To me this seems like someone didn’t want the air being used. On top of that it takes 24hrs for the refrigerator to cool to a temp that your food won’t spoil or make ice. On day 2 we tried doing laundry and when we put the close in the dryer a huge plume of dust like something you’d see in a movie shot out of the duct work and covered my girlfriends face and shirt. This is when I got upset. No offers to comp anything just excuses. Need I say more.
