Managing Expectations
We promise a large, well maintained, clean and comfortable house one block to the beach with amenities offered by North Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand. We also promise to do all we can to make your stay enjoyable while not intruding on your privacy. Upgrades make the property close to luxury in some respects but we are not claiming that for the whole house. The house is old but has been renovated extensively inside and out. Our ratings have increased significantly over time as we upgrade the property and our customer service. Having said that please note we are not a hotel. BREEZY has six bedrooms and is ideal and priced to attract groups of twelve (12) but will accommodate twenty four (24). BREEZY has a King, five Queen and six Double beds. The large heated pool, patio with fire pit and covered grill compliment its close proximity to the beach, grocery shopping and restaurants. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove & oven, two refrigerators, microwave, dishwasher, pots & pans and adequate silverware.
Ten 10 golf courses are within 6 miles while shopping and attractions, are literally across the street. We also accommodate large groups in THE GALLERY which is just one house away and BREEZY II which is three blocks away and as close to the beach. We can accommodate 45 comfortably and up to 60 in a pinch in all three houses. Large family reunions, church and college groups are encouraged to contact us.
