Beautiful condo with plenty of room for my family of six.

The location was ideal. A quiet, out of the way property that was still close enough to the town of Myrtle Beach and all of its activities. The entire family enjoyed their stay as everybody was able to have their own space.

The condo was exactly as described. Very clean, well-stocked, large kitchen/dining area and had all the comforts of home. We've been to other properties in the Havens, this was the best by far.

Our second time staying at this unit

We enjoyed our stay here so much last year that we booked our annual Myrtle Beach vacation here again. We've been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for the past ten years, and this unit is by far the best one yet! Jane is outstanding, and immediately responds to any questions we may have. Looking forward to next year!

The condo was very nice and larger than I thought it would be. It is close to lots of shopping, food, etc. Both pools were nice (we especially liked the one at the North Tower) and the ocean was great too! Lots of dishes/pans, etc. to cook with. We were very comfortable and had a great time!

6/10 Okay

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
place was ok - could use an update of furniture, beds and ambiance - pretty dated - main issue was noise from upstairs neighbors - could hear them walking around- my guess is it's due to building construction - since it's a 3 story building and this unit is on 2nd floor, the people upstairs were probably unaware how their walking went through the floor boards as they had no one over them - place well equipped with appliances, washer-dryer etc - entertainment system only got my netflix account - couldn't get anything else - outside pool is fine and parking was adequate - host was accessible and filed a complaint with HOA about noise issue but nothing changed - lot of traffic in myrtle beach in june - for a family with kids my concerns might not matter much
