The Space:

Discover a coastal retreat like no other at The Octopus Oasis, a beautifully appointed oceanfront condo designed for relaxation, comfort, and a touch of whimsy. This stunning getaway offers breathtaking views, high-end amenities, and a one-of-a-kind ambiance you won’t find anywhere else.



It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.



Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You are able to bring up to 2 vehicles. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: Complex elevator is available. Please be advised that there is a ring doorbell.



Kitchen: Equipped with everything a culinary enthusiast needs…granite countertops, grand breakfast bar, soft-close cabinets, and a pantry. Full sized fridge, oven, Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer, and dishwasher. Serve your family and guests with unique, ocean themed dinnerware.



Family room: Large family room area with oceanfront views.



Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with king bed. Balcony access!



Bathroom 1: Separate tub & stand up shower - attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Queen bed.



Bedroom 3: Queen bed.



Bedroom 4: Two twin beds.



Bathrooms: 2 additional full bathrooms.



Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises!



Pool: Shared complex pool!



Beach: Direct beach access from the complex!



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.



A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use thermostat.



Other: There is a ring doorbell.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex pool.

The complex is located in an amazing section of North Myrtle Beach!

✈️ Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 16 miles

🏦 Barefoot Landing is about 1 mile

🏦 Tanger Outlets Myrtle Beach Hwy 17 is about 3.5 miles

🐊 Alligator Adventure is about 3 miles

🍷 Duplin Winery is about 1.5 miles



Getting Around:

Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Routine Pest Control happens every month on the 1st Friday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.



No pets. Max guest count is 8.
