This remodeled unit has all the modern conveniences, including a four-burner cooktop, a full-sized refrigerator, and contemporary faucets. The kitchen area, adorned with granite countertops, creates a welcoming space for cooking. Your home away from home offers ocean views from the living room and a private balcony. The one-bedroom oceanfront condo, which underwent renovations in 2020, features a newly furnished kitchen and vinyl plank tile flooring and can sleep up to eight guests. It includes one bedroom with two queen beds, one private bathroom, and an open living area with a Murphy bed and sleeper sofa that adjoins the kitchen.

The remodeled kitchen has new cabinets, granite countertops, and a full-sized stove. It is fully stocked with all the essentials you might need during your stay, including pots, pans, glasses, utensils, a cheese grater, a cutting board, a can opener, knives, a coffee maker, and a vegetable peeler. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area, including a dining table with two chairs and an accent chair, all providing ocean views.

Step out from the living area onto the balcony, where you can enjoy your morning tea or coffee while enjoying the refreshing sea breeze and the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean.
