We stayed 2 nights for a local baseball tournament and I will start by sharing the positives of this property. It was a good size for a condo. Spacious and shotgun style condo. It was updated in the kitchen and bathrooms. As pictured. Communication with property management was good, they did ask for feedback but the issues we had was not worth bringing up during our stay. Negatives: the property itself is poorly kept up. The 3 floors of stairs are disgusting, lots of litter, hair, food particles, gross carpet, the vents are clogged with lent and debris. Super gross. The pool was underwhelming. Our son didn’t want to get in which says something. The beach access is not the wood pathway as pictured, it’s just the sand walkway, unlit. The pictures of what inside isnt completely reflective. The balcony didn’t have the chairs listed. They were plastic and ready to break, no umbrella. The couch legs are not there for the one seater. Very cheap furniture. The master bed had a top sheet in place of a fitted sheet and I’m sure you can imagine how that went. Shower had hair in it. Ice maker did not work. One tv remote was missing, all TVs were mounted crooked, no mirror in master as pictured. All this to say, no condo rental at the beach is perfect. But at this price point I would have expected better. The price point is far too high in my opinion for what we got. This review is what I look for when we book a stay somewhere so I hope it’s helpful for the next one booking.

The house was clean but definitely gave a college student vibe with no legs on the furniture and broken blinds. However, the house was clean and right on the beach so convenient for our trip. Pet friendly as well. Overall a good experience.

Rooms and bathrooms where nice. . Great beach access and within walking distance to restaurants and activities. Few maintenance items and parking issues. Parking was tight and with only 12 spaces others parked randomly and used more than two spaces that were allocated. Hard to get in and out on a busy street. Seemed like late evenings there was a lot of local teens they were load and noisy. Otherwise we enjoyed ourselves.
