Where to begin...I did not like the check in process, its a third party and they gave us conflicting information. I gave it a lower rating because of the lack of maintenance, property upkeep, and cleanliness. The living room furniture desperatelyneeded to be replaced, and mis-matched. It had a sticky, oily film and appears had not been cleaned in a long tim, if ever. We put multiple sheets over the furniture so we could sit on it. There were several issue upon our arrival, which we could not believe had never been addressed because they could not have just happened. Before we even could check in a neighbor told us the air unit outside was frozen over and had been running wide open for 3 days, ever since the last renter had left. We didn't get settled until close to midnight and we arrived at 1:30pm. After a 6 hour drive, needless to say we were not in a good mood. On the bright side, the Unwind property manager did work with us to get the issues resolved as quickly as he could. As for cleanliness, we did a lot of cleaning the next day. There was a lot of dust and dog hair under and behind furniture, and our socks were black from walking on the dirty floors for a short time. We had to wear shoes or flip flops the entire time. The unit was probably cleaner when we left than when we got there. After all the issues we had, I didn't want to call the office yet again. Otherwise, we enjoyed our family time together, and the people we met at the pool were great.
