Cute Fixed Up Older Home

This is an older home that the owner fixed up to be a vacation rental. Cute house in a cute neighborhood. Wifi and AC worked great. Nice fenced in back yard with a new picnic table. We had issues initially getting in touch with the owner which was stressful but she may be new to VRBO so that may improve over time. There was a sanitation issue but it was something that can be easily remedied so we won't share that here as it may not have been the owner's fault. I would recommend staying here. We had plenty of room for all of us!

Wonderful house to stay at

The property manager was amazing and very easy to reach out to. The pictures don't give the house justice! It was so beautiful and very clean. The location was just right! Close to downtown NLR and very close to Jacksonville. We will for sure stay here again.
