Grand Hyatt Goa5.0 out of 5.0

The place is beautiful spread in acres of land. Stayed in the building 6, and the sensor lock at my room was broken. The place was rather deserted and no one to help with the door lock. Room was huge, along with a nice big bathroom with amazingly fragrant forest essentials toiletries. But the drainage at the shower area had some issues it seems as the water would clog for long after the shower. The staff here is good and the food /buffet spread was nice but the taste and flavour was average.
Grand Hyatt....A beautiful place to stay...A property where in as soon as you enter you forget everything in the calm and quiet atmosphere. It is filled with lush green trees and plants...neatly maintained. Spacious / Clean rooms with all the amenities and beautiful views. Once you are in the room you do not feel like going out of the room. Nice sit outs to have the morning / evening tea and have a chat with the family. Pools are very clean and well maintained. Kids enjoy it. It would be very difficult to have them come out of the pool once they are in. Food and Beverages - Amazing food. All the restaurants are equally good. Clean and well maintained. Staff - Service oriented wonderful people are there in the payroll of Grand Hyatt. They go out of their way in order to take care of all the requests. None of them says "NO" to any of the requests. They all are so friendly. To summarize...Total Satisfaction Guaranteed. One of the best place to go and enjoy with the family.
Really really loved your resort. Have been coming to Goa very frequently , but stayed next to the hotels in Baga's, Calangues etc. This time I heard you had a new Casino in your resort , hence booked your hotel. And believe Me We loved the experience of this resort. After this visit we are sure to stay at Grand Hyatt in our every Goa visit. The resort is beautiful with lot of activities to do and the highlight is the in house Casino. I am sure to bring My Family and Friends quite often and soon to your resort again and again.
The location is quite far from airport and other visiting locations in goa. This place is good, if you just want to stay at a single place in Goa and not roam around. On the shores of Bambolim beach, its quite clean and private, good for walks. The food is good. The rooms are excellent. Staff are courteous and polite, quick to respond to issues if any. There is a very small historical piece left intact from an old church/prayer place. Best attraction is the pool and long walk paths inside the property. Overall a nice property to have a refreshing break
Booked for 2 adults and 2 children for a short break with the family. We booked a standard room but as we go to the hotel we were given an option to upgrade at a charge which we agreed on. All staff were extremely friendly especially the catering staff who took special care of us going out of there way to please us. we were so well looked after they never said 'NO'to anything. We upgraded to the suite which included access to the club lounge and the room was also very comfortable. We faced problems at check out as we were given a bill of a higher amount to what was agreed on arrival. It left a bad taste as you would not accept such problems at a 5* hotel. Also very dissapointed there was No welcome drink or a very good welcome on arrival.
Hyatt didn't live up to it's name this time. Stayed for the first time in Hyatt in Goa and well, it was an average experience. First, the iron in my room had some black substnce that got onto my shirt and jacket. After calling the duty manager, they were taken but jacket has now been spoilt with a mark for life. If that was not enough, a shower bath resulted in water everywhere with drainage not working at all. Imagine you are standing in soap water with your feet soaked in, that you have just bathed in. Not at all expected. Might be 1/1000 experience, might be not but what it means is that your experience was twice ruined for no reason. And yes, "sorry" is not the answer to everything.
Stayed for three nights from 6th July to 9th July and had a luxurious stay. Hotel is excellent and is located just adjacent to Bambolim beach with lot of greenery and walking tracks . Hospitality is one of the best and the staff are very cordial and courteous . It has one of best health clubs and gym too. Location wise, the hotel is away from the main beaches of Goa but facilities of hotel are excellent and provide a very calm and luxurious stay. Food is also very good though we felt that the chef could have added some South Indian dishes too in the dinner Bufffet as it has a lot of spread of all varieties but nothing of South indian variety. Overall we had an excellent stay and enjoyed our stay in the hotel.
My husband and I spent 7 nights at the "Grand Hyatt Goa" The hotel is beautiful, the staff outstanding, and the curries served in their Restaurant are the best we have ever eaten. It is well worth taking their club Access package as the breakfasts and staff in the club are excellent. The spa...massages, sauna and steam room ..is a must.... Overall one of the highlights of our recent trip to India.
I went recently and stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are nice and spacious with a small balcony to sip your beverage while watching the great Arabian sea. Food was good and sumptuous. The garden facing the sea is simply serene and wonderful.
It is located at the bay side. Hotel is huge and very clean, staff is very good and helping. Big rooms with a balcony. Very good housekeeping at every floor. Hotel is a thirty minute drive from airport. Very luxurious and contemporary hotel.
