Fully furnished, partially renovated, and fresh paint throughout! Enjoy the ocean, courtyard, and pool views from the living room balcony and a King suite with a Sleep Number bed and granite bathroom countertops. The guest bedroom also features a king-sized bed. This exclusive complex features a gym on site, multiple saltwater pools, cabanas close to the beach, beach access, courtyard herb gardens, grills, tennis courts, and is centrally located to the charming beach town of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Walk to restuarants, shops, and a Publix grocery store across the street. The condo is also monitored 24-7 with security offices and the front desk staff. Must be able to pass a background check. Sorry, no pets please.
