The barn is fantastic! Clean, cozy, fully stocked with all the necessities. Comfy beds and pillows too. Couldn’t beat the proximity to Gore Mtn. And so nice to relax with the fire every evening (with the click of a button), and heated floors in the bathroom were a pleasant surprise. Really couldn’t have asked for anything more for our ski trip. Rustic style luxury is what comes to mind. Plus Easy to get in touch w/ the owners for any questions.

This is probably the nicest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. The interior is minimal and clean. All the furniture is very comfortable, especially the beds. We didn’t use but we loved that we had the option to use the fireplace. The heated floor is an added bonus. Everything was just considered and chosen for comfort. We will come back.

Perfect A property for a family skiing at Gore Mountain

As a family traveling in from Cleveland, Ohio, we were thrilled to return to Gore Mountain, where we used to ski in the early 2000s. Not only were we impressed by the new amenities the mountain has added since then, but this property provided the perfect base for our trip. It’s clear the owners put incredible thought and care into creating a space that’s both luxurious and welcoming. We typically travel and stay at JW Marriott / Ritz Carlton / Waldorf brand hotels, and this is on par with the quality the place offers (of course with a different Adirondack cabin vibe)The home is brand-new, and the expert wood craftsmanship throughout is simply stunning. It’s exactly as pictured—if not better—and every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. From the heated bathroom floors to brand new high quality furniture and a spacious layout that easily accommodated our family, this property exceeded all our expectations.Gore Mountain has come a long way since our last visit, with impressive updates to its facilities, but what made the trip truly special was having such a nice place to come back to each day. The location is convenient, the house is immaculate, and it offers everything you could want for a family ski trip.If you’re looking for awesome accommodations near Gore Mountain, this is the place to stay.
