With a custom-built queen bed; and a built-in L shape couch adding 2 twin beds. All luxurious bed linens and pillows are provided.
The fully stocked Kitchen and Bathroom has many extra amenities included.
It has a screened in balcony and a firepit w/ firewood.

The tranquility of this meticulously designed Chalet, with its gorgeous year-round natural wildlife sanctuary and water shed ponds in the middle of the Adirondacks. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Waking up with various bird songs to going asleep listening to the night peepers singing their mating songs. It's the reminder that you are up in the Adirondack Mountains forest.
The Chalet has become a well-loved rental for guests for the last 5 years. Saying they feel right at home with the atmosphere and love we welcome our guests with, and the amenities we provide them!

New York State owns roughly 2.6 million acres. These lands are constitutionally protected as the " Forever Wild " Forest Preserve. The Adirondacks Park has great mountain trails with rivers, lakes and streams. With many places for outdoor activities and small towns to visit.

The Chalet is 7 minutes to Gore Mountain. Visit the new updated North Creek Ski Bowl with its new "Station Lodge" and new Timber & Tyme Restaurant. Providing trail biking and hiking, and soon to come Zip Coaster at The Station Lodge. North Creek will become a central point for year-round activities for guests to come to the Adirondacks. With the Revolution Rail Biking and White-Water Tubing on the Hudson River nearby. Visit Lake George, the Queen of the America Lakes. Lake George Village offers many shops and entertainment options. There is also the unique gorgeous, Million Dollar Beach on the lake. There is also fireworks display every Thursday night on the lake at Sheppard's Park. The Adirondacks has something for everyone one to do or towns to visit.

When arriving on our private road Alpine Loop to the Chalet your welcomed by the scenery views of the natural watershed ponds, and the nature amongst them. Depending on the time of year, the scenery is the most welcoming part and reflections of the season of life on the property. Each season is beautiful with its own merits.

When you arrive at the Chalet the outside lights are on to light your way to the front entrance. Upon entering the front door, a warm ambiance of lights and the seasonally decorated space will make you feel right at home. There are hooks and hangers to hang up your jackets and hats. A bench to take your shoes off and provide storage for your personal items. A homemade treat greets you that abides to you and your family’s personal dietary requirements. We provide hot drinks for our guests from Coffee, assorted tea's, hot chocolate with marshmallows,’ sugar, honey, sugar substitutes are provided along with milk and cream. Giving you that must needed treat after your journey to the Adirondacks. We provide a Welcome book to read all the important aspects of the Chalet and things to do in the Adirondacks with places to Dine. To start your morning, we provide our guests with the means to prepare a waffle/ pancake breakfast with Pearl Mills flour mix and locally made maple syrup and a stick of butter. Chalet has a full equipped Kitchen with lots of amenities available to use for you cooking needs.
The Chalets’ sleeping area offers a comfortable Queen bed and the couch turns into 2 twin beds for extra guest when needed. All beds are provided with luxurious bed linens and pillows. The Queen bed provides four under the bed deep drawers for personal items and clothes. There is a wood chest in the living area that stores the sheets, pillows, and blankets for the twin beds.
Cozy up on the couch for a relaxing time together. Take in a book or watch a movie or simply relax in the living room area listening to music. The living area has all the indoor entertainment for your trip with cards, games, and books for young and old. Sirius music provides music for your music choices as well as news and sports channels.
In the custom bathroom you have the full comforts of luxurious towels and deep tub/ shower combination. With shower toiletries provided right down to bubble bath and salts. Giving you that luxurious spa feeling after a day in the Adirondacks.

Start your morning out on the screened balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast at the bench table listening to the sounds of nature around you. It is a wonderful place to enjoy playing games with your family or relax taking in the scenery. Whatever you decide, you are bound to enjoy a much-needed time away from the business of life.

If you need to bring business work with you, we provide great W-IFI/ High Speed FiOS 1 gig Internet. Which past guest says was the best for their online meetings. We have a free landline phone in the USA only, hardwired internet connection as well. If you are a gamer, we do have a hard wire HDMI port to plug in your gaming console. Television is a 40" Roku tv with a pull-out capability to view it at kitchen bar counter. The chalet has multiple light options with dimmers.
Outside there is a picnic table under chalet for covered seating. A small charcoal grill is provided. We do not provide charcoal or lighter fluid. There is a stone fire pit with benches and small tables to enjoy your time under the stars. Firewood and kindling provided near firepit in woodshed.
One of the most pleasant parts of the Adirondacks and being at Oven Mountain Chalets is seeing the open skies of a full canopy of stars in the night sky. With no tree obstructions in the way of your full view of the moon, stars and planets above with the quick flashes of light of shooting stars. Listening to the sounds of nature around you. It will be one of the most spectacular moments to experience during your stay at the Chalet.

Here at Oven Mountain Chalets, we have in-house plowing and shoveling right to the front door.
We do not charge a cleaning fee, with that being said. We do expect our guests to leave the Chalet tidy and clean.

No pets allowed in the Chalet - Though as required by law we do accept service/ support dogs.
Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a service dog / support dog. So that we can schedule enough cleaning time to ensure our next guests' expectations are met for their stay with us. Thank you!
