Open kitchen and sitting area for family to enjoy together.A beautiful patio overlooking the water for coffee in the morning or sunset watching in the evening, as well as a deck off of the main level primary bedroom. There is water and beach access directly from the house, as well as access to the private association beach which is a 5 minute walk. Mini-Split ACs. 2 kayaks available for use
