All in all nice place and the price was right. A couple things I thought could be better are. Stock some decent cooking pans. Very cheap cookware. Cheap pans are really hard to use on electric burners. Give folks a couple rolls of paper towels. 1 roll for 4 guys for a week are not enough. Coffee pot worked on and off, had a mind of it's own.

Great space, great location

We had a great stay at this property in North Charleston. It is a beautiful property very close to Park Circle and not too far from downtown Charleston. There is also convenient on site parking which is hard to find. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. My only recommendation would be to communicate the check in process earlier, we did not receive any information until about 10 minutes before the check in time.

Wasted 2-3 hours to clean! Not ok!

We arrived at this destination and was extremely caught off guard by the site and smell of the place. Here is just a small portion of the mess we found. -Sheets and headboards were stained and dusty. -There were pieces of hair in some of the beds. -The shower curtains had stains/mold -There were black marks on walls and painted areas that were not caused by our stay -There were two garbage bins full of trash -Flies/ mosquitos all throughout the property -There was only half bottles of hand soap in 2/4 bathrooms -Tv in the guest bedroom on the second floor did not work. You could hear the tv powering on but nothing on the screen or no other sound -When the cleaning lady came she initially was not pleasant -Red mold stains around shower in master bathroom -Stains on toilet seat We had to personally make a trip to Walmart to buy disinfectants, shower curtains, air fresheners, and bug spray to ensure the place was ready before our family arrive. Very disappointed that the owner only offered the cleaning fee for all of the issues.

Lovely house. Nicely decorated with all the bare essentials for a visit to Charleston! 25 minutes to Sullivan's Island's beautiful beaches and restaurants on the weekdays. 15-18 minutes to downtown Charleston. Very cool, upcoming area with very friendly and hospitable restaurant and store staff. Alex was very responsive to inquiries. Great substitute for pricey downntown hotels. Great city to visit! Lots to do!

Perfect Lay out

The house was exactly as described on VRBO. It is a beautiful house in a peaceful location. There is plenty of space for a family where everyone can be in their very own oasis or come together on the main level and have lots of family fun!
