This is a stunning, custom built home right on the marsh in the trendy, up & coming Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston - you're just one mile from the Downtown strip.

Enter into the foyer and go upstairs into the open kitchen, living room, and dining room, flooded with natural light. Enjoy a meal cooked on the gas range, or relax on the sofa and stream your favorites on the Smart TV. There is one bedroom with 2 queen beds on this floor, as well as one full bathroom with walk in shower. Relax with a glass of wine on the patio overlooking the backyard, or gather by the firepit in the evenings.

Continue upstairs to find the other three bedrooms, each with their own king bed, full bathroom, Smart TV, and closet. There is also a washer & dryer upstairs.
