Room smells like mold even the Kleenex box that was put in the room smelled like mold. The breakfast was frozen and had to be heated in the microwave. The rooms definitely need updating. The breakfast room is so cold it’s like being outside.

My family stayed at this motel. a few things to note, the elevator has not worked for 3 years. If you needed queen size beds you are put in the motel. When walking into the room i noticed musty smell of the room, the toilet paper piles stuck to the wall,and the blood on the back of the bathroom door. Also, when i washed my hands the drain did not drain properly. I asked for more towels when I got them they were frayed. The breakfast room was cold with a plug in heater. the temperature outside was -25 it could not keep the room warm. The coffee was stale. The hot breakfast eggs and bacon were frozen and had to be microwaved to eat. My phone or tech devices would not charge in the room as the outlets would not charge our devices. The TV had basic television, so if you wanted to watch the news you are in luck. When we checked out of the room we checked for lost clothing that may have gotten under the bed. I noticed a chip bag and a comb under the bed and it was not vacuumed. This room was not cleaned between customers. My experience was not great. I highly DO NOT recommend this hotel/motel to anyone looking for a cheap place to stay.

Staff during the entire stay were lovely. Polite and attentive. Evening and overnight team were very accommodating and opened the breakfast room so I had a space to work on my laptop so my children could sleep. Extended breakfast until 10:00 am was perfect for my tired children.

The room was great and comfortable beds, however the breakfast arrangement was terrible. Pre-packaged Bacon and egg patties in freezer for “help yourself and microwave “. Pancake maker made very tiny pancakes, and no staff checking on anything. We will probably stay somewhere different next time .

What should have been a double room was more like a single room with 2 queen beds squeezed in. The smell of mildew was overwhelming. The curtains were falling off the wall. I will never ever consider staying there again. If it wasn't so late arriving there we would have never stayed there.
