Charming 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home with spacious sunroom over looking a beautiful backyard with privacy fence and inground pool 18' x 36'. Large dining room and living room. Great room has vaulted ceilings with fireplace and gas logs and smart TV. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances (gas stove), convection oven, convection microwave, garbage disposal, stainless refrigerator with ice and water on door. Master bedroom 13 x 19 has full private bath, single vanity, large standup shower (no tub) and 52" smart TV and walk in closet. Second bedroom has has private bath with stand up shower (no tub), single vanity with sit down makeup counter. Third bedroom across from full bath has tub/shower combination and single vanity. Glass sunroom has dining area and sitting area with large screen TV. Sunroom opens to backyard with pool and pool house. Pool house has bar area with small refrigerator, sink and two bar stools. Also deck area with table and chairs for 6 people. Pool area has chaise lounge and wrought iron chair with 2 concrete benches. Extra outdoor folding chairs available. Crib and high chair available upon request. Also child protective railing for queen size bed.

Gorgeous House

Communication with manager with perfect. House is gorgeous and very well maintained. We used the backyard for cookouts, corn hole, and swam in the pool. Lots of amenities and games included in the house that are not listed. Definitely would use this place again if we go back.

Perfect Location with Backyard Oasis

Linda was a wonderful, attentive & detail-oriented host. The house was spacious. We loved the back porch/sunroom. The backyard, pool, pool house, grill area deck and pool bar make for a fabulous, backyard oasis! Hope we can stay here again next year!
