Enjoy peace of nature on large covered back porch with grill, firepit and television overlooking the Mt. Vintage golf course/water. Great room includes stone gas log fireplace and TV. Owners suite, with view of the golf course and water, and private bath on main level with individual vanities and ensuite bath. On lower level, you will find a direct walkout to backyard with 2 guest bedrooms/baths, with individual vanities/toilets and shared shower. An additional family room with 72" TV, overlooking a scenic backyard and private entrance is also located on lower level with wine cooler and mini fridge. TV's located in each bedroom as well as 2 family rooms and outdoor porch. Mt. Vintage has a 27 hole Championship Golf Course and Town Center with Jr. Olympic swimming pool, fitness center, and tennis courts. Mt. Vintage is conveniently located to downtown Augusta with a wide selection of restaurants and activities.
