Convenient budget accommodation and this is our second stay. Friendly staff, very efficient check in, room and facilities all fine. Close to city centre and associated amenities, easy 20 minute walk from the station. We will be back here next year and would happily stay again

The lady running this hotel ignored my emails, made it impossible to check in. I called a week in advance, a day in advance, 3 times on the day of. She refused to tell me the door code so I couldn't get in the building. I had to stay somewhere else.
