The Pool House is inspired by long, sun-soaked days by the water and the simple joy that comes with them.

It’s where mornings start with coffee and a quiet swim, afternoons are spent reading or adventuring , and evenings roll into shared meals, music, a moonlight dip and that relaxed holiday ease. We’ve created this space to be shared, so others can experience that same feeling - fun, effortless, and full of life.

Villa 11 brings a playful, nostalgic energy to South Shores - a home that doesn’t take itself too seriously, but still feels beautifully considered.

Located just moments from the pool within the gated community, it’s perfectly positioned for easy, all-day flow between home and water. Swim, wander back, relax… and repeat.

Inside, the villa leans into a cool teal palette with fun pops of colour inspired by our favourite pool towels. There’s a subtle mid-century vibe throughout, with warm timber, clean lines, and a standout cocktail buffet in the dining space - perfect for long lunches and evening drinks.

It’s light, relaxed, and designed for connection. Think friends and family wrapped in towels, out on the deck, music in the background, grazing platters on the table, and golden afternoon light filtering through.

All bed linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided!

Basic kitchen amenities are provided, as well as bathroom products. The house has an pod coffee machine. We provide Nespresso pods to get you started, please bring along your favourite milk. Our local Foodland is a 2min drive away and has everything you`ll need!

~ Additional 4 persons as DAY visitors allowed during stay - Max 6 persons overnight.

~ Quiet time is between 9pm and 9am, no loud music or voices at any times. Please respect our wonderful neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after sunset to maintain the peaceful atmosphere.

~ Please follow all community rules within the village, pool rules, car directions and speed restrictions.

~ No pets allowed.

~ This home is smoke free, no smoking of any kind is allowed on the property.

~ Please notify us immediately if something is damaged or broken.
