This memorable house with hardwood floors is the perfect home base for your trip to Normal or Illinois State University. This house is 150 yards from the south doors of CEFCU arena with enough parking for 4-5 cars if needed. With four comfortable bedrooms, including a king bed and four full size beds, all bedding provided, guests have plenty of space to relax. 1 large screen TV in living room, one in the Primary Bedroom and another tv in a double bedroom. Two bathrooms feature ceramic tile, (one with a bathtub/shower) and the 2nd with a standup shower (hair dryers for added convenience). The house stays cozy with central air and heating, making every season enjoyable. The kitchen is filled with pots, pans, tableware and silverware for a quick breakfast or full meal. Wi-Fi, Coffee maker, washer/dryer, lawn chairs, patio chairs, board games, 3 smart TV's with antenna for local stations are some of the added amenities. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or gathering for a meal, this house invites you to feel right at home. Outstanding location for walking to any ISU sporting or special events. Backyard offering outdoor seating, grilling and tailgating. Experience what Normal has to offer with a stay at our amazing house.
