The Space:

Luxurious beds with plenty of space to spread out with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, smart TV. WiFi access. Big back yard with sunroom, fire pit and charcoal grill. Also a garage with garage opener.

- We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees and a deposit.

- A security deposit is required as part of your reservation. This will be processed as a temporary hold on the credit card on file, rather than a charge. The hold will be released after check-out, provided there are no damages or additional charges.

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in



- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces

- If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their "crew" or "company" . Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.



- This listing is for 6 people. Two extra guests up to 8 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.(No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)
