The Space:
This modern Ocean View beach oasis is an impeccably kept palm tree landscaped home perfectly designed for your vacation! You are just a short walk to the 20th Street beach access, a public kayak launch, and the East Ocean View Community Center. This gorgeous home boasts 9ft ceilings with a family-centered open floor plan. The kitchen has an oversized island for your cook-at-home vacation gathering, complete with quartz countertops and 42" cabinets for tons of storage. The master suite features a huge 18x16 room with a private en suite, jetted tub, separate shower, and a double vanity. There are sundecks on both the first and second floor for that morning coffee or end-of-the-night drink. Welcome to your fabulous Sojourn in Ocean View.

This Sojourn is an ideal & comfortable home custom-designed for a family retreat. Arrive at an expansive open living and dining area, curated to be the perfect spot to entertain and enjoy your time together. Hardwood floors throughout the first floor, stone countertops, new designer stainless steel appliances, and a fully appointed kitchen round out this tastefully designed home. This is a 4-bedroom home that comfortably entertains and sleeps 9 people. The dining table comfortably seats the entire family and there is additional bar stool seating at the expansive kitchen island. The designer sectional sofa fits everyone for movie night and is a great place to unwind from those beach days. Visiting in cooler months, start the fireplace with the click of a button and warm up in our abundance of throw blankets. Plan to indulge yourself in real goose-down comforters, hand-picked feather and gel pillows, blackout curtains in all of the bedrooms, Frette Brand luxury bath towels, and Lather soaps. A sun-filled master bedroom is outfitted with a private patio, a king bed, and a twin-size sleeper for keeping the little one close! Slip into the master bedroom's luxurious en suite bathroom and your very own soaker tub. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms have queen beds and share the second full bathroom with a bathtub for easy kid bath time! Step into the manicured, meticulously designed family outdoor space. Property Access & Maintenance
From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Parking Information
Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. We cannot guarantee the safety or security of any parking location and disclaim liability for any incidents. Thank you for your understanding.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Fireplace (If Applicable)
The fireplace is a charming decorative feature, meant to add ambiance rather than be used.

Landscaping
Landscaping is scheduled for Monday - Wednesday in Norfolk. If you are booked for this property you acknowledge our landscaper will enter the backyard to cut the grass. Trash is scheduled to be picked up 3 days a week, you also acknowledge that our private trash provider will be on site bringing cans out and back in. Please note there is no garage access at this home.
