Just minutes from the Naval Base and Downtown, and only a few blocks away from the beach.
This home offers a total of 5 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathroom. It is perfect for multiple families or larger groups in town for work.
This home consists of 3 floors and offers Central AC that works well, but will need a window unit for the upstairs bedrooms in the Summer Months.
We do have high speed fiber optic WiFi, and two large 70" Smart TV's along with a gas fireplace.
The main floor of this home contains the living area, the full size and fully stocked kitchen, two of the larger bedrooms - each with Queen size beds and the large living room with fireplace, large 70" Smart TV and large Bay Window.
Also on this floor is a cozy Sun Room just off the back of the house and overlooking the fully fenced in yard as well as the full size bathroom with combination shower/tub.
The upstairs, which was formerly the attic of this home, consists of two bedrooms. Each has two Twin Beds and it is best if anyone staying up here is less than 6 ft. tall as it has angled ceilings so beware!
These bedrooms, due to the heat, may not be usable in the summer months. It currently does not have AC upstairs.
In the downstairs or the "basement" area, we have two Queen beds, a laundry room with a full size W/D, a large 70" TV and a full galley kitchen.
We have room for two vehicles in our driveway as well as additional on-street parking.
This home is perfectly set up for and can easily accommodate two separate family units - one in the main home and the other in the lower level or basement, which can be completely separate.
