Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad het huisje ligt mooi centraal van vele leuke plekken om te bezoeken. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien.Wat wij miste was iets van een overkapping in de tuin waardoor je ook met regen buiten kan zitten.

Anlage ok aber es wird immer noch gebaut. direkt gegenüber von unserem Haus. der künstliche See ( stehendes Gewässer) ist ziemlich mit Algen zu und sehr viele Mücken. Check in erst ab 15:00 möglich. Sehr unflexibel. Straßenlärm von der Umgehungsstraße.

Urlaub Villa am See

Die Ferienwohnung macht einen sehr positiven Eindruck. Es gibt aber Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung. Für sechs Erwachsene war es ziemlich eng. Ein höherer Sonnenschutz bei Terasse und im EG (Wohnzimmer) wären dringend erforderlich. Selbst bei diesen Temperaturen Ende April war es zeitweise sehr warm in der Wohnung und die Terasse konnte am Nachmittag nicht genutzt werden. Die Sonne blendet auch beim Fernsehen im EG. In der Küche fehlen aus unserer Sicht eine Mikrowelle. Toilettenpapier war nicht ausreichend in der Wohnung vorhanden. Eine normale Kaffeemaschine wäre auch ausreichend bzw. ist die Kaffepadmaschine unpraktisch. Ungünstig war auch die Baustelle gegenüber bzw. die Verschmutzung der Straße. Sehr positiv ist das ausreichend vorhendene Geschirr und der höfliche Service beim Empfang zu erwähen. Bei Fragen wurde sofort geholfen. Wir werden sehr wahrscheinlich wieder im Seepark buchen. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Viele Grüße

tolles Familien Wochenende in Nordhorn

Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern eine tolle Zeit. Die Lage zur Stadt ist perfekt und es gibt viele Freizeitangebote. Das Haus ist toll - großartig ausgestattet - wir sind begeistert vom Seepark.

Es ist ein sehr schönes und komfortables Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Sobald dieser Bauabschnitt des Seeparks abgeschlossen ist, wird auch das äußere Ambiente passen.

Urlaub pur, mit Geschmack eingerichtetes Haus, sehr erholsam und sehr ruhig, obwohl in der nähe noch gebaut wurde. Haus nur zu empfehlen.

Zu hart

Das Objekt ist nett eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Für eine Familie mit 3 kindern genau richtig. Leider sind die Matrazen der Betten so extrem hart, dass wir alle nicht richtig schlafen konnten und am nächsten Tag unter Rückenschmerzen litten. Selbst als Mann mit 100kg war die Matraze wie ein Brett, da hat sich nichts verformt bzw. an den Rücken angepasst. Offensichtlich sind die Betten für wesentlich schwerere Gäste konzipiert. Insofern war der Aufenthalt nicht erholsam und alle haben unter dem schlechten Schlaf gelitten bzw. waren den ganzen tag genervt. Mit weicheren Matrazen würden wir gerne wieder kommen.
