This two-stone house complex is located in the village of Sao Pedro Nordestinho in the eastern part of the Nordeste district. The complex comprises the manor house, where the old homeowners used to live (Casa do Tanque), and an old agricultural annex, which is entirely restored and transformed into a cozy holiday rental (A Arribana). The stone houses are part of a 1,500 m2 plot of land, which has been turned into a garden.

Outside, the two vacation homes share a covered veranda with a barbecue grill, a pool, a croquet court, a large fenced garden, and private parking.

The holiday cottage A Arribana has a double bedroom, a kitchen/living room with a wood-burning stove, and a bathroom. This beautiful vacation rental is equipped for guests with reduced mobility.

Paradies auf einer Insel - nur daheim ist es schöner Als wir vom Flughafen in dem kleinen, idyllischen Bergdörfchen ankamen, empfing uns Louis (Vertretung von Ricardo) sehr freundlich. Wir sind mit sehr guten Informationen zur Anreise vorab versorgt worden. Direkt bei der Ankunft erhielten wir zahlreichen Tipps für tolle Ausflugsziele, Wanderungen, Highlights der Insel und erfuhren alles, was wir wissen wollten. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an sehr, sehr wohl. Die kleine Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was es zum täglichen Kochen bedarf. Obwohl es noch nicht sehr warm war, nutzten wir den Grill draußen mit der windgeschützten Ecke häufig. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über eine Badewanne. Das hat besonders unserem fast zweijährigem Sohn sehr gut gefallen. Vom Schlafzimmer genossen wir nach dem Aufwachen den Blick direkt aufs Meer. Das Außengelände ist riesig, sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Es gibt ein Crockettfeld, einen Pool, Wäscheleine, verschiedene Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Zudem gibt es Mountainbikes, Kindersitz und ein kleines Laufrad (alles inklusive). Die gesamte Unterkunft und Insel ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank sehr gut gefüllt: Milch, Butter, Marmelade, Yoghurt, Käse und es gab sehr viel Obst, Gebäck und Brot. Die Wohnung wird alle drei Tage gereinigt. Holz ist für den Kamin und Grill vorhanden und ist im Preis inkludiert. Ricardo ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Mensch, jederzeit erreichbar und möchte einfach, dass sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen. Er hat dieses Haus seiner Tante als Feriendomizil umgebaut. Es ist sehr ursprünglich. In dem kleinen Dort gibt es nicht viel: ein Café, eine Kneipe und einen mini-mini kleinen Laden. Ab und an fahren Wagen vorbei die Waren wie Fleisch, Obst und Gemüse oder Brot verkaufen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können uns keinen schöneren Ort auf der Insel vorstellen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
