The high-quality 3-room apartment (approx. 50 sqm) on the 1st floor offers two separate bedrooms (1 flat-screen TV), a living room (flat-screen TV) with a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, 4-burner ceramic stove), a bathroom, and a hallway. A small rooftop balcony (loggia for 2 people) invites you to linger. The apartment accommodates 2-3 people (non-smoking). A 4th person can be accommodated upon request.
