Die Unterkunft ist fantastisch. Die Lage ist einfach unübertroffen, unbeschreiblich. Die Straßen sind sauber, die Menschen freundlich. Wir waren rundum begeistert. Einzig ein Herd und ein größerer Kühlschrank fehlten uns in der Wohnung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Dies hat uns besonders gefallen: + zuverlässiger Ansprechpartner durch den Norderneyer- Wohnungs- Service (Ansprechpartner bei An- und Abreise vor Ort, pünktliches Erscheinen, Rückfragen bzgl. Zufriedenheit und möglichen Mängeln oder Verbesserungsvorschlägen) + Lage der Wohnung: Für uns perfekt, da am Schönsten, ruhigen Teil der Insel (ruhige Nebenstraße, direkte Strand-/ Naturnähe, großer Supermarkt mit Fahrrad schnell erreichbar, kleiner Supermarkt & Bäcker fußläufig entfernt) + Gut geschnittene Wohnung mit funktionaler Einrichtung (auch mit TV, Backofen, Mikrowelle), 2 Schlafzimmer mit Kleiderschränken und Sitzecke/ Sessel (andere Wohnung sind in dieser Hinsicht oft nicht so geräumig) + Schönes, funktionales Bad mit moderner Dusche + Sehr bequemes Kopfkissen (nicht zu hoch) und Oberbetten (nicht zu schwer und ganzjahresgeeignet) + Fahrradabstellplätze vor der Haustür + Automatische Beleuchtung im Hauseingangsbereich + Gute Mülltrennung (Papierbox im Flur) + Saubere Übergabe der Wohnung (auch mit Geschirrspültaps) + Eigene Klingel für jede Wohnung + Nichtraucherwohnung & Tierfreie Wohnung (war für uns ein Kriterium für die Wohnungsauswahl) + Willkommensmappe in der Wohnung & Infopinnwand im Hausflur (mit Busfahrplan, W- Lan ....); so fühlt man sich direkt willkommen und informiert Verbesserungsvorschläge: - Tapeten wirken abgewohnt (stehen teilweise von den Wänden ab und sind dreckig) (besonders im Kinderschlafzimmer), Teppiche ebenfalls etwas alt (PVC- Boden wäre hygienischer) - Trittschallschutzdämmung zur Dachgeschosswohnung (dritte kleine Wohnung im Spitzboden) wäre wünschenswert, da es so doch hellhöriger war - Sichtschutzplisee im Elternschlafzimmer (Doppelzimmer) wäre schön, was nicht komplett verdunkelt, sondern noch etwas Licht durchlässt (dann fühlt man sich auch am Tag nicht so beobachtet) - Geschirrspüli in der Küche wäre schön - Sparschäler (für Möhren, Gurken...) in der Küche fehlte - Handtuchvorleger vor der Dusche möglichst nicht ins Nasse/ in die gerade gereinigte Dusche legen, da dies sonst nicht zu benutzen ist - Reiniger/ Wassertropfenentferner für die Dusche fehlte (kennen wir sonst so von zu Hause zur Reduzierung der Kalkbildung an der Duschwand) - Die Hausnummer des Wohnungservices auf der Insel konnten wir nicht finden, da die Nr. sehr unsystematisch angeordnet zu sein scheinen. Zum Glück gab es auch eine Telefonnummer, mit netten Ansprechpersonen vor Ort. Ein Lageplanskizze an der Pinnwand im Hausflur als Verbesserungsidee. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, die Raumaufteilung (mit 2 geräumigen Schlafzimmern, jeweils mit Schränken und gemütlicher Wohnküche) und die hervorragende Wohnlage haben uns gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gut mit Abstrichen

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, zentral und ruhig. Bäcker, Edeka, Fahrradverleih und Meer direkt um die Ecke. Allerdings ist das Haus sehr hellhörig und hat uns die ein oder andere schlaflose Nacht beschert. Die Hauseigentümer die im Haus wohnen wünschen ab 21 Uhr absolute Nachtruhe und Besuch wird „geduldet“. Auf den geduldeten Besuch, der ganze 2 mal bei uns war sollte ich im Treppenhaus darüber Rechenschaft ablegen. Der wohnungsservice Norderney hat uns die an und Abreise erleichtert. 👍
