Super für Alleinreisende oder Paare

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer top Lage. Wenige Meter weg vom Deich und keine fünf Minuten weg vom Strand. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung entspricht dem Standard. Das einzige was ich negativ bewerten kann ist die nicht mögliche Stoßlüftung. Das Wohnzimmer hat große Fenster aber sowohl die Fenster im Bad und im Schlafzimmer lassen sich nur kippen. Bei heißen Temperaturen ist das unangenehm aber die Wohnung an sich ist gut isoliert.

Zu teuer für die alt eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Positiv: insgesamt sauber. Negativ: Badezimmer: Die Einrichtung ist alt. Schimmel an Silikon. Wasser in der Dusche fliesst nicht richtig ab, so dass das Duschen eine eckelige Angelegenheit war. Küche: Keine Mikrowelle, kein Geschirrspüler, aber dafür bekommt man zwei Geschirrspültabs. Im unteren Fach des alten Kühlschrank sammelt sich das Wasser. Kein Spülmittel, Salz bzw. Öl vorhanden. D.h. für paar Tage Anreise, muss man alles mit sich mitnehmen. Wlan war sehr langsam.

Normal und ohne Pandemie wären wir in Spanien gewesen aber so sind wir in Norddeich gelandet, was wir überhaupt nicht bereuen, Wetter, Essen und die Unterkunft waren spitze, leider hat unsere Wohnung keinen Balkon gehabt, da wir ziemlich spät gebucht haben und kaum was frei gewesen ist, haben wir uns für die "Seeperle" entschieden und haben schöne Zwei schöne Urlaubswochen verbracht.

wie immer alles top

ich komme jetzt seit 2007 nach Norddeich und buche seither immer über Interhome. Top Service und immer super freundlich. Diese Unterkunft hatte ich jetzt zum dritten mal. Sie ist einfach, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Highlight ist natürlich der offene Kamin, den wir über die Karnevalstage fleißig genutzt haben.

Kurzurlaub in norddeich

Wir haben eine kleine, saubere Ferienwohnung in Norddeich vorgefunden.. alles war so wie beschrieben, das nötigste Inventar ist Vorhanden. Die Möbel sind teils sehr alt und dunkel, was die Wohnung sicher nicht im besten Licht dastehen lässt. Aber uns persönlich stört die fehlende Modernität der Wohnung gar nicht..dafür ist die Lage spitze und für drei Personen ist die Wohnung ebenfalls gut geeignet.

Urlaub in der Ersatzwohnung

Urlaub war perfekt wie immer bei Unterhome, ich hatte bisher nie Probleme. Dieses Mal bekam ich allerdings eine Ersatzwohnung, da in der von mir gebuchten Wohnung die Heizung defekt war, musste ich auf Balkon/ Terrasse verzichten. Diese Wohnung war vom Einrichtungsstil etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Wohnung wie auf Bildern dargestellt. Schlafsofa neu, Rest der Möblierung veraltet aber intakt und sauber. Küche gut ausgestattet, Schlafzimmer (Matratze) in Ordnung. Lediglich Kissen und Decke müssten öfters gereinigt werfen! Bad klein, aber ausreichend. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis! Würde dort nicht im Sommer Urlaub machen, da für meinen Geschmack zu zentral, und keine 'Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Für unsere Zwecke, nämlich 1 Woche der Herbstferien zum Surfen, perfekt, schon allein durch die Nähe zum Strand/Surfschule.
