Schöne zentrale Wohnung

Wir brauchten eine ebenerdige Unterkunft mit 2 Bädern für 4 Personen. Das wurde vollkommen erfüllt. Alles sauber. Zentral gelegen (wenn man sich ein bisschen auskennt oder mal in eine Karte guckt und zB durch den Park läuft). Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat keinen Backofen. Da wir aber in der Wohnung nur gefrühstückt haben war es kein Problem.

Nicht die beste Ferienwohnung...

Die Lage und der Preis des Hauses sind ganz gut, leider gab es einige Mängel.Die Betten haben wir selbst bezogen und konnten so leider die unsauberen Matratzen und Decken sehen.Zwei Schranktüren in der Küche waren völlig kaputt.Die Pfannen waren so verkratzt das sich "das Schwarze" ablöste und man darin kein Essen zubereitet konnte.Ein Backofen ist nicht vorhanden und die restliche Küchenausstattung ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig.Ein Sofakissen war offensichtlich von einem Hund zerkaut worden, lag aber dennoch auf dem (unbequemen) Sofa.Eine fehlende Steckdose im Kinderzimmer war ebenfalls problematisch (Nachtlicht/Babyphone).Das Kinderzimmer hatte auch keinen Schrank oder Kommode, zum Glück waren wir mit nur einem Kind angereist, so konnte das untere Bett als Kleiderschrank dienen.Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war schwierig. Da wir mit vier Erwachsenen und Kind kamen, benötigen wir zwei Parkplätze. Das im Vorfeld zu klären benötigte drei Anrufe...

Super Unterkunft

Waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern unterwegs und haben eine Wohnung vorgefunden, die super war. Auch das Wetter hat mitgespielt.

Gute Unterkunft , nur die Sauberkeit stimmt nichr

Die Lage ist toll, über die Ausstattung sollte auch nicht gemeckert werden. Aber es gibt auch negatives zu sagen . Die Sauberkeit sollte wirklich mal vom Vermieter kontrolliert werden . Die ist wirklich schlecht. Alles staubig und nur nicht in die Ecken schauen. Das haben wir dann alleine gereinigt. Die Freundlichkeit im Büro war auch nicht gegeben. Also es gibt noch was zu verbessern. Positiv zu erwähnen ist auch, das nachdem wir morgens die schleifenden Türen bemängelt haben sie abends wieder super gingen.

Nicht empfehlenswert!

Bei der Anreise und Besichtigung unserer Ferienwohnung haben wir einen Wasserschaden im Schlafzimmer bemerkt (Am Fenster). Dies haben wir natürlich sofort gemeldet. Die Kollegen von Interhome wollten eine Firma beauftragen - bringt uns aber nichts! Ist ja nicht unsere Wohnung. Wir mussten mit Matratzen auf dem Boden im Wohnzimmer schlafen, da im Schlafzimmer alles feucht war und nach feuchtem Keller stank. Oder war es sogar Schimmel?! Laut Thermometer beträgt die Luftfeuchtigkeit im Schlafzimmer 81%. Die Anlage sowie die Wohnung sind nicht richtig sauber. Richtig klasse! Geschirr ist dreckig. Am besten vor Benutzung einmal durchspülen. Der Kühlschrank ist auch kaputt, kühlt nicht richtig. Wir empfehlen dieses Objekt niemanden und würden auch nie wieder ein Objekt anmieten, dass von Interhome verwaltet wird. Wir sind mega enttäuscht und traurig.

Angenehme Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist für 5 Pers. gut geeignet, weil es 2 Bäder mit WC gibt. Alle Räume im EG sind für Gehbehinderte gut zugänglich. Allerdings knarrte im 1. Schlafzimmer rechts die Matratze an der Türseite vernehmlich und störend. Dies könnte sicherlich behoben werden.
