Ausfall Heizung und Warmwasser
Ausfall von Warmwasser und Heizung sollte in einer Mietzeit nicht vorkommen und schon gar nicht zweimal!
Vor Essenszubereitung mußten erst mal Töpfe gereinigt werden.
Beim Einzug mußte erst mal ein Wasserkocher gebracht werden.
Küchenausstattung mangelhaft.
