Residenz am Deich/Norddeich

Von der Residenz sind wir sehr enttäuscht. Die Aussicht auf den Deich und das Meer ist toll, dass ist aber auch alles. Die Wohnung war bei Bezug sehr unsauber, Fliesen in der Küche, Dreheinrichtung Küchen Unterschrank voller Kaffeeflecken, Dunstabzug verschmiert, Balkon und Stühle mit Vogelkot bedeckt, den Balkon haben wir täglich abschrubben müssen, sonst hätten wir ihn nicht betreten können. Die Polstermöbel müssten dringen gereinigt werden. Was uns auch sehr gestört hat, war das der Staubsauber, Besen, Schrubber und Sonnenschirm im Wohnraum offen abgestellt sind. Auf Wunsch können wir ihnen Fotos übersenden. Unter einer Residenz hatten wir uns etwas anderes vorgestellt und für diesen Betrag hätten wir bestimmt eine bessere Wohnung in Norddeich bekomme.

Ausschlaggebende Lage

Lage top, gut per Zug erreichbar. Leider muss man Schlüssel jedoch bahnhofsfern holen und abgeben. Betten schlecht (angeblich neue Matratze zu groß fürs Bett, daher liegt man krumm) und Sauberkeit im Bad ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Keine Abhilfe trotz Beschwerde zu Beginn des Aufenthalts. In Küche war da, was gebraucht wurde. Und in Willkommenskarton waren T-Papier und Spültücher.
