Palma Real located ideally in the heart of Palm Beach road. It is a very secure closed community where everything from beach, bars, restaurants and shopping is in walking distance. This is a wonderful and well equipped apartment, situated in the private and exclusive gated community of Palma Real located only a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the heart of the celebrated Palm Beach area where you will find beaches, shopping, restaurants and night life.
The fully air conditioned apartment has an open plan living room, with a full-size pullout sofa and kitchen, two bedrooms each with a king size bed & two full bathrooms with one en-suite and the other located off the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, espresso maker, a full size stove top/ oven and washer and drying rack. The condo provides unlimited wireless internet, cable tv, bed linen, bath towels and beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, and a safe to keep your valuables.
The complex has two pools and also a children's pool with playground. The condo is located in a gated community with 24/7 security for peace of mind. There is plenty of parking outside the unit.
