The Ritz is beautiful! The beach is 10 out of 10! The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. We also enjoyed the Spa and were happy with the services. Our room was ocean view and we enjoyed the unobstructed view of the pool and beach. Prepare for pricey cocktails and food. We enjoyed our stay.

I had the most amazing stay at the Ritz Carlton Aruba and choosing the Club Lounge access made it even more special. The Club Lounge is basically an all-inclusive experience with a beautiful continental breakfast, delicious lunch, dinner, desserts and plenty of snacks throughout the day. The food was consistently outstanding and the bar served only premium top shelf liquor. The service here is on another level. Everyone takes the time to remember your name and makes you feel like family. Eric Abdul, Rose, Rico and Alexsander went above and beyond and truly made the trip unforgettable. Day 1 I asked for lemonade and although they did not have any, they immediately squeezed some fresh for me which was such a thoughtful touch. The gesture really showed how far the team is willing to go for guests. Housekeeping also deserves special recognition. They helped my best friend decorate the room for my birthday which made the celebration so memorable. The last day we still had wet swimsuits and they washed and dried them for us so we could pack. From start to finish, the entire staff made me feel cared for in every way. If you are planning a stay in Aruba, I cannot recommend the Club Lounge access highly enough. It is worth every bit and made this vacation truly unforgettable.

The staff on the property is top notch. By the pool, we were served by Greg and Lyndon who were respectful, attentive and an absolute pleasure. They made sure our chairs were prepped, providing towels and always checked to see if we were okay or if we needed something else. Brandon was just as attentive when Greg and Lyndon were off for the day. We loved being offered an ice-cold popsicle in the very hot afternoons and a cool towel. Additionally, Mario and Andre in Casa Nonna went out of their way to provide extraordinary service at the restaurant. The lobster ravioli was delicious as was the focaccia bread. Every staff member greets you and treats you as if you were their long-lost cousin. The beach staff is also very attentive. This is the place to be if you want to be treated like royalty.

We should have been alerted to major construction. Lobby was closed, lobby bar and construction activity everywhere on the main floor. We expect MUCH more when we booked a Ritz Carlton property. Will not go back.

We were talked into upgrading at check in to the club level room (7th floor) with ocean front view. It was nice to have the access to food/drinks all day, however I don’t think it was worth the extra $550 per night. Room was very nice, clean, great view. Mitchell who assisted us at the beach was wonderful-he made a birthday celebration extra special. The construction going on on the sushi restaurant was disappointing because it blocked the views you normally see when walking into the hotel. We were looking forward to having sushi the first night, but they were only serving a couple small rolls in the club lounge. We are looking forward to returning when the sushi lounge is open. Dinner at BLT was also great-recommend the seafood platter-it was fresh and delicious. Aside from feeling like I was oversold on the club access, we had a great experience, received excellent service and hope to be back one day soon.
