Beautiful and elegant are just a few words to describe The Ritz Carlton Aruba. Every attention to detail was considered when they built this property. It’s at the end of the high rise hotel strip and boast a huge beautifully kept private beach. The grounds outside are kept up unbelievable by Marilyn and her staff. We spent most of our time outside so we got to know this group well. They were very attentive to our needs and very friendly. Highlights were the sunset ritual with chimes, the beautiful dropping sun , and the special drink of the evening on the large veranda over looking the beach and horizon. Such a relaxing causal vibe. Food was very good and well prepared. Room was appointed well and spacious. Loved our balcony with coastal views. Amazing scent when you walk into the grand entrance of the hotel lobby. Only down side was price for beach and pool side cabanas. Extremely pricey for the day. More than our room cost. There were some divi divi trees to hide under on the beach. And umbrellas were free of charge by the pool and some were on the beach. On a scale of 5 stars ..5 stars given would definitely stay there again .

Very nice, staff is so nice. Made everything worth it. THANK YOU!

From the second you arrive here you are welcomed with a smile. The staff is top notch, the grounds are impeccable, the food is delicious. All this AND the best stretch of beach in Aruba. I cannot say enough about the staff. From Jorge, and Killian bringing you drinks to the beach with a smile, to Ana at Maderos outdoor grill. This place makes you not want to leave and excited for your next return.

We visited the Ritz Carlton, Aruba, for a family vacation. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. All of the staff were kind, professional, and sincerely concerned about our needs. The pool and beach were clean and beautiful. Excellent resort.

Great location on the water. Separate kids pool, so the adult pool was nice and quiet. Very comfy pool chairs. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Concierge made great dining suggestions and made reservations for us.

Great hotel not much to complain about, only complaint is meals and drinks expensive, honor bar was way over priced.

Relaxing honeymoon at the Ritz. Hotel staff was very accommodating. We enjoyed laying on rafts in the ocean and waking up to a spectacular view of the ocean.

The service from all staff was excellent from the time we entered the entrance to the hotel and the day we checked out. Service was excellent. Beach Excellent, Room Service Excellent, Cleanliness of the room was excellent. My overall experience with the Ritz Carlton. Excellent. Bibi & Albert Samaria

Lobby area furniture was dirty not inviting at all for a Ritz property. Food at the beach was mediocre. Drinks overpriced and not even well made. Only good thing was the Staff was friendly. Wouldn't visit again

Such an amazing property. I visited the hotel with my sister and her kids, 4 and 7. We had an absolutely incredible time. Palm beach is just stunning. We were upgraded from an Oceanview to an Oceanfront, which had breathtaking views. There were some small issues and one semi-major issue. The biggest issue was on the 2nd day of our stay, when we were at the family pool, and there was some sort of private event. It was the most testosterone-filled gathering, perhaps a fraternity reunion or sales incentive trip for about 20 men in their late 20's. It was an alcohol-fueled frenzy in the pool, and the kids couldn't play. When we asked about it, we were simply told it was a private event and nothing could be done. Something I expect at a RIU, but not the Ritz-Carlton. I received a verbal apology when I mentioned it at check out. The room phone was filthy, but otherwise the room seemed clean. It was tough to get extra toiletries. The staff was otherwise very accomodating and friendly, especially upon check-in and at the restaurants. We rarely saw other children, so families should keep that in mind. Lots and lots of iguanas and lizards everywhere, which I loved, but my sister and kids weren't huge fans of. Overall, one of the best properties on the island, but the overall service should be up to par of other Ritz-Carlton properties I've stayed at across the world.

This is our 2nd stay at the Ritz Aruba. We have stayed at othe hotels on the island and wouldn't stay anywhere but the Ritz.

If the ritz name is important to you, you will love. For me it was like green acres. We didn't belong. $52 to have a shrimp cocktail$36 for children's Tylenol just insane unheard of prices that were so outrageous it was funny. We booked it on a bundle and didn't know. We couldn't afford to eat a bowl of oatmeal at $14. The resort is beautiful. The people were kind.

Beach is so shallow one can't swim. Staff was inexperienced (young ladies doing internship from Holland?) and service was not personalized. We had to go to other resorts to find some fun and dancing and happy music. The worst Ritz Carlton we've experienced. Would not go back.

Great staff loved everything about it. Wouldn't stay anywhere else

When you book the Ritz-Carlton, you can always expect the best. Great hotel, location and exceptional customer service. Will be going back.

Beautiful hotel, Ok location, staff just ok rooms simply beautiful and spacious but front facing balconies extremely hot from sun

Beautiful new Hotel on a gorgeous stretch of beach. Excellent service especially in the 7th floor lounge. Particularly Ossian. Rooms are immaculate with spacious bathrooms. Restaurants are OK. Pool & Casino were a little disappointing

First time in Aruba - loved it! Wonderful restaurants and a lot of water activities.
