The property was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing we were disappointed in was the process they used to get into the restaurants. We did not like the fact that you had to wait in line to get into the steak house. Even waiting in line didn’t guarantee you would get a seat. The last thing I want to do on vacation is wait in line every night for dinner if I want something other than the buffet. We have stayed at other RIU resorts where you can make reservations ahead of time for your trip then no time is wasted.

The room was spotless and new. It's not out dated like most places. Staff is friendly and nice and attentive. Food is great. Been going there for 10 years and will be back again next year.

The room was very clean, the staff were all very friendly, the resort had everything I needed and more, it was walking distance to shopping and the many restaurants in the area. Was a great trip and would definitely stay at the resort again!

RIU Palace Antillas is an awesome all inclusive. Clean, great food and love how close it is to downtown. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the beach attendants were not very friendly and the fact that you had to cut your day short to stand in line for dinner reservations at the specialty restaurants since they dont accept reservations.
