this was my 6th stay at this property. I was treated as favorite friend!

Other than the front desk staff, the staff was outstanding. Food was excellent and service was very good.

Great location, beautiful beach. The building is very old and needs big renovation. Getting a good spot and chairs on the beach is a big problem. I had to get up 6:15 am every morning and be on the beach by 6:30 to put our towels to save a spot. Attention! Towels get stolen and you have to pay for them at check out. Another very disturbing fact for us was the reusing of plastic cups, we couldn’t believe it. We will not be back at this location

Centrally locates. Very well maintained, all of the staff was sooo kind and helpful. Food was amazing!

Beautiful resort! Staff is very friendly and helpful, and food is delicious!

The property exceeded my expectations! The food was great, the room (upgraded to ocean front), and the pool/beach were amazing!

I don’t like the counter people I make a reservation 4 month ago and went the day come they not have the room what I pay avaible and they send me to the other hotel

The rooms need to be updated. Everyone working at the resort were very accommodating if need any help.

Beach is great, and the staff is awesome. I only wish there were more restaurant options, but the buffets were still pretty good. I suggest that management consider some different breakfast option, though.

The beach was phenomenal and the fact that it was adult made it a really fun atmosphere.

If you’re considering staying here, DON’T. The rooms are dirty and outdated. I had to have my room changed 3 times. If it wasn’t the shower, the tv, the jacuzzi, the mosquitoes, the excessive moisture in the room, it was always something. There wasn’t a thing superior about the suites/villas. There’s no elevator access to your suite that can be as high as the 3rd floor. It’s very dark and secluded in the villa area as well. The drinks were the worst! No matter which bar you went to in there. Everything was bottom of the barrel liquor unless you went to the casino and paid for top shelf. Which defeats the purpose of all inclusive. You have to wait on line at least 30/45 minutes for dinner prior to the restaurants opening for or you will be out of luck. The breakfast buffet and options are mediocre at best. There were a handful of staffers that were pleasant and those were the housekeepers, waitresses and bellboys. The pools always had residue, feathers or garbage floating in them. The beach chairs are filthy along the white trimmings too. Then they have the nerve to limit you to 1 towel like you’re supposed to use it to lay in the chair and dry your body. Extra towel cards must be requested at the front desk. I spotted children on the resort several times and yet it’s supposed to be “Adults Only”. If you’re used to qualify service, cleanliness and nice amenities, this hotel is not for you. It was a real disappointment!!!!!!

The Staff was incredible , friendly, courteous , attentive. Great Stay didn't want to leave. the food , location excellent. I can see why they call one happy island.

Needs updating, did not initially get king bed at day of ck in, had to move room the 2nd day so we did not have access to our room or luggage the 2nd day. Felt like we lost a day of vacation. They did put us in a room with a king that 2nd afternoon after 3:00pm. Staff is engaging, location and beach are gorgeous. Food was good each day and well diverse. Beach staff extremely helpful getting chairs and putting you in the perfect spot. Housekeeping staff was excellent and friendly. We like RIU and have stayed at RIU in several other destinations!

They don’t care about their consumers! Customer service was horrible at getting back to us in a timely fashion.

Food was good, beaches and pool area was nice. Rooms were dated and need of repairs and renovations.
