We never had an opportunity to eat in the restaurants aaa it was first come first serve seating. The buffet was good each night but would be better if you could get a reservation instead of first come. Same people had opportunity to eat in restaurants each night

This was a wonderful vacation. I can't believe the staff. Our room was cleaned in the mornings, then checked at evenings for towels and drinks. Restaurants and bars were excellent. Service was fast and friendly. The most amazing part of the staff service was keeping the outdoor bathroom clean. I never went in to find wet or sandy floors. I will look into staying at other Riu properties based on my experience in Aruba.

This was our first time in Aruba and we couldn't be happier with our stay at Riu Palace Antillas! The property is absolutely gorgeous and clean. The food options were out of the world!! The management was always available and approachable for comments. Staff was helpful and easy going. Would highly recommend to all visiting Aruba

Sorry but wouldn’t stay here again. The grounds/pool are very basic and low end compared to the Riu next door and every other hotel on the strip. Staff was amazing but def disappointed in the actual hotel. We had a junior suite, that just seemed a bit beat up. Especially bathroom. I have stayed at the Hyatt, and Radisson (which is now Hilton apparently) several times over the last ten years, and only this time around was I disappointed. Sorry but won’t return to Riu Antilles.

We were victims of the beach theft twice during our nine day stay. Security confirmed, that their responsibility is limited to the RIU only, not the beach. Beach staff "rents" cabanas and beach chairs, which is illegal, because this resort is supposedly "all inclusive". Report this abuse to the management immediately. Rooms and halls are misty with the noticeable mold odor. Rooms are dated. Buffet is deteriorating its menu from last two years. While restaurants doesn't require reservations, you simply can not get in, even after waiting in line for the hour and a half, they all supposedly "filled", according to staff. You would not be able to dine in the restaurants, because they have lines for more than an hour. Krystal "restaurant's" staff inclined towards arguing with patrons of this place, and serve inferior food. Never order their "foie gras", since this doesn't correlates with the composed substance that they serve. We regularly travel to France, and Paris in particular, and surely could confirm that there is no foie gras in RIU. There is a limited premium alcohol list, and no single malt whiskies in the bars. Noticeable decline from our previous visit in 2017 in many areas. With the exception of the Krystal restaurant, staff is polite and nice. Special thanks to the great bartenders at the pool bars, especially the tall male bartender wearing funny hats. He deserves the bonus for his hard work.

The service was great, everyone was friendly and very accommodating and the hotel was very clean!

Beautiful facility in a great location. Pool and beach were both beautiful. Room was a little bare and the “ocean view” was kind of a stretch but you don’t spend much time in your room. Service was friendly and very attentive. Food was ok, drinks were tasty, first come first serve means if you don’t line up for the specialty restaurants at least 1/2 hour before open you don’t get in... but in general I liked the buffet better. If you want a cabana near the water be prepared to wake up at 5:30 am as people go and throw their stuff down then go back to bed. Website says dress pants for gentleman for specialty restaurants but that only really applies to the Krystal. Booking excursions was extreme easy onsite as they have at least 3 different agencies set up in the main and lower lobbies. We had a great time and would definitely return.

Good beach area, the food was very good, staff are very friendly.

Loved our OF suite! The views were fantastic. The buffets were wonderful!

The best resort I ever visit I’ll be going back food omg the bomb

the service throughout the entire hotel was impeccable and I have very high standards and expectations since I usually only stay at westin hotels. the riu antillas exceeded my expectations. the food was incredible! the italian food was outstanding and tasted just like my italian grandmothers cooking. A++++ riu thank you so much for an unforgettable vacation

My husband and I had a fabulous time at Riu Palace Antilles. It was a honeymoon and vacation for us and we do not have one complaint. The hotel staff, the food, the pool and beach staff, all phenomal. We are already talking about when we are coming back!!

The food was excellent - much better than expected from an all inclusive! Had lobster tail and filet mignon 2 nights out of 4! The best advice - GO TO THE CARIBBEAN BUFFET NIGHT. We are talking Alaskan king crab legs, full roasted pig, literal towers of shrimp and muscles, Brazilin meat section, and pasta station with a cheese wheel. AMAZING. Room was clean and spacious with turndown service at night. Drinks flowed freely, except they did ban mixed shots due to guests getting too rowdy (we didn't see any of this). But they still did give shots of straight liquor. Like we couldn't order a lemon drop shot, but could order a shot of tequila, which didn't make much sense. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only negative, which I have seen in other reviews - the pool with the swim up bar was very dirty. I understand it was in the direct path of debris from the ocean, but it was still very uninviting. But the second, and larger pool, was wonderful. And with the impeccable waiter service (Jose is wonderful), we didn't miss anything by not being in the swim-up pool bar. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great location, high quality stay - room was thoroughly cleaned everyday, food was absolutely amazing and the staff, overall, were friendly and fun!
