We booked this property based on many other good reviews and they weren’t wrong. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. Angelo brought our bags up and explained how everything in the room worked. When we first checked in (a 2-bedroom suite for 4 people) the second bedroom and bathroom were closed off with signs saying do not use, but that was cleared up quickly. Our 2 biggest complaints about the room: not nearly enough counter space in the bathrooms and for some reason housekeeping kept only leaving one washcloth when the room was serviced.
The main pool was well-maintained and the gym had a good mix of equipment. Nicolle in the spa was lovely. Jasmine used her hands of steel for a good massage.
We only ate in the restaurant once, for breakfast. We weren’t aware the buffet closed at 10:30 and got there just after 10. They don’t have or serve decaf coffee and because we got there so close to closing, the food was no longer being filled. We got to try most everything we wanted and the egg station was good. It was expensive at $26/person.
Great location, close to Moomba Beach where there are complimentary lounge chairs and umbrellas for Radisson guests. Per many reviews, we arrived just before 8am to reserve our chairs, and they filled up quickly with only about 30 available.
Also close to a mile of shops and restaurants. Never a bad meal anywhere. Food is expensive and many restaurants charge a service charge (tips for all), so watch for that.
