Set in a peaceful residential area directly across from the Marriott properties, the villa is within easy walking distance of world-class beaches, dining, shopping, and entertainment, while still offering privacy and tranquility.

Surrounded by palm trees, fruit trees, and lush gardens, the villa has a laid-back island atmosphere enhanced by constant cooling trade winds and the soothing sound of palms rustling in the breeze. With reliable Wi-Fi, this is also an ideal place to telework in paradise.

Spacious rooms and multiple outdoor seating areas make this villa perfect for relaxing and unwinding. After a day at the beach, enjoy a refreshing dip in the private saltwater pool. In the evening, the beautifully lit pool creates a magical backdrop for dinners, games, or quiet nights on the back lanai.

An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is located in the private courtyard—perfect after the pool or the beach.

Important: Please use caution when stepping from the pool deck onto the back lanai, as surfaces may be slippery when wet.

The Villa:

Ideal for 4–6 guests, including couples, families, solo travelers, and business travelers. 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

Master Suite: King bed, barn-door mirrored walk-in closet, ensuite shower, and private sliding-door access to the pool and outdoor seating.

Second Bedroom: King bed, large wall-to-wall closet, walk-in shower.

Third Bedroom: Queen bed, walk-in shower.

Linens, bath towels, beach towels, and basic toiletries included.

House Rules & Notes:

Please do not sit on indoor or lanai furniture with wet bathing suits.

Parties or large social events are not permitted without prior written consent.

DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. Hygiene products may not be flushed at any time. If it is found that improper products have been flushed causing a clog in the sewer system, Guest will be responsible for repair charges.

Friendly neighborhood cat may visit—please do not allow them inside.

Fees & Services:

12.5% room tax

Final cleaning fee: $250 USD

Environmental levy tax: $3 per bedroom per night (shown as “Property Fees”)

Optional mid-week housekeeping: $20 USD per hour (2-hour minimum)

No security deposit required; guests are asked to purchase a $59 damage insurance policy or opt out and provide a refundable security deposit

Check-In: 4:00 PM (early check-in possible if the villa is ready)
Our property manager, Manon, will contact you approximately one week before arrival to arrange check-in.

Check-Out: 11:00 AM
A brief inspection will be conducted at departure. Taxis to the airport typically cost $30–$35 USD—please arrange transportation in advance.
