Everyone was friendly and helpful, even if it wasn’t their department. Only thing I would have improved is ID and payment for drinks, food etc. Maybe a bracelet linked to room #, payment method etc. Also, even after check out, being able to still charge a drink to our account ( since guests are still encouraged to enjoy the amenities)

Hotel was unbelievable. Very clean. Staff was extremely friendly. I will definitely be back.

Everything was excellent at the surf club. We loved the resort and definitely plan on going back.

Like the lazy river Like the bingo Like the views from room above 6floor

Our third time staying at Surf Club. Always perfect!

The hotel staff were very helpful and polite. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was exquisite.

The Marriott Surf Club is a great resort for families with kids 18 or under. The staff was very friendly and responsive. There was always something going on at the resort and was a very kid friendly atmosphere. The resort is located right on Palm beach. If you like the beach vs the pool, make sure you reserve a Palapas once you arrive so you have a good view of the Ocean.

We enjoyed our stay but the hotel is mainly for time share owners and only provides very basic hotel services (definitely not a resort). The hotel is situated in a great location, between other hotels and next to a beautiful beach. Unfortunately, it is very hard to get a reasonable seat at the beach and folks line up at 6:30AM to reserve a spot. The water slide close very early (~4pm) which was inconvenience for parents who try to limit their kids sun exposure to off-peak times.

Hotel was very croweded during the time we were there.

We only stayed 5 days. It is better to stay at least one week. Hotel meets our expect. It is convenient ,clean and comfortable. Restaurants in hotel and nearby are very fine. It will be excellent if I can have more time to play golf.

The hotel was very nice. Great staff. Great Location. Had to learn the lay of the land with regard to reserving seats at the beach or pool.

the kids loved the pool (including lazy river and waterslide)! could almost never get them to the actual beach, which says a lot! and iguanas everywhere to entertain the kids - totally safe and tame! rooms are not fancy, but we were not in the room except for sleeping! bring your own float for lazy river - don't know why. easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

very good experience, friendly and polite personnel good level of security

Great Place to be. With or without children, this hotel is a fantastic place for a vacation.

This hotel was awesome. Extremely clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Lazy river was great and so relaxing. The only negative with aruba is everything is expensive and also added on service fees. But for vacation, you gotta go.

First of all, we had a room with a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. It felt like a home. The staff could not have been more pleasant. We were pampered during our stay. The amenities at the hotel were fantastic and we never felt bored. The lazy pool, the beach, the gym, the spa, the markets were all here so what else can you asked for. The only annoyance which I had as well as overheard by many guests was that there is no Wi-Fi in any of the rooms. Why?? The front desk says that are aware of this complaint. There is Wi-Fi only in the lobby which was evidenced by so many many guests with their IPADS and smartphones lingering around. BTW, I had no problems with getting chairs by the pool. Tagging issues was not a issue during our stay. I would come back to this resort in the near future. Hopefully Wi-Fi will finally be in the rooms.

We have been going to Aruba for 15 yrs and we added on a couple days at this resort. Staff was rude, room was NOTHING and beach is sooo crowded that people were fighting for a beach chair. AWEFUL Wasted $500

We visit Aruba every year, and have stayed at many venues in the hi-rise and low rise areas. The Surf club is indeed-top notch relative to room and facility cleanliness, maintenance, beach ameniies, and variety of activity. The only negative is that you have to work hard to find out about all of the offerings. They seem to fall short in communicating all they have to offer. The Surf club is pricey, but it is a quality venue.

excellent i loved the mariott surf club was the best hotel ever staff we're very good i would recommended for everyone
