The property itself is beautiful. The rooms were very clean, thoughtfully designed, and the pool was a great addition. We were initially very excited about our stay. Unfortunately, our overall experience was overshadowed by a break-in on our very first night. Someone entered our unit and stole our wallets and other personal belongings. While the property manager, Maya, was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout the situation, and even arranged a room upgrade because I simply could not sleep in the same unit again, no compensation was offered for the incident. I understand that the property may not be directly responsible for the actions of criminals, but the experience left us feeling extremely unsafe for the remainder of our trip. We were constantly on edge and never regained our peace of mind. In fact, we created our own makeshift “alert system” by hanging bracelets on the door handle and leaned vases up against the door so we would know if someone tried to enter. On our second-to-last day, we returned from the beach to find the bracelets on the floor, leading us to believe there may have been another attempted break-in. I truly appreciate Maya’s professionalism and compassion during a very stressful situation, but I feel other travelers should be aware of the safety concerns in this area. While the property is lovely, the lack of security and the anxiety we experienced throughout our stay made it difficult to enjoy our vacation.

Host was wonderful. Based on the pictures i was not expecting the pool to be shared it was advertised as if you have the property to tourself. These are multiple apartment style accommodations. The ac was not cooling the rooms as expected the microwave wasnt working the floors felt like there was alot of dust blowing inside put apart from that everything else was fine. Close to alot of restaurants.

Very clean and comfortable room with modern decor and appliances. They had everything we needed including beach chairs which was great! The pool was a refreshing and quiet retreat that gave us well needed rest and relaxation time. Property manager was very responsive and had great communication. I would recommend a car rental as it is far enough away from things to make walking possible but not recommended. I would stay here again in the future and am looking forward to it next year! Thank you!

The location of the pool is not desireable as the area is windy and cold 24/7 . The rooms need televsion and brighter lightining The enviroment was very clean and all amenties were perfect and adequate Its is easily accessible to the strip and super safe. One of the best stays I’ve had. The property was very clean, comfortable, and the host was extremely accommodating. The location is perfect, close to everything, which made getting around very easy. We were with family and we all enjoyed this wonderful place. The only drawback was the location. We walked to the supermarket and the restaurants beach etc but in the heat with groceries it wasn’t close or ideal so you will probably need a car. The place was clean and the pool was nice. Room was exactly as advertised. Very clean and spacious. All amenities were relatively new. The only negatives I can find were that bathroom lighting was very dim (even with the lighted bathroom mirror). And the surrounding buildings are in pretty bad shape so there really isn't much of a "view". You are basically in a non-tourist neighborhood, which has it's pros and cons.

The room was very clean and tidy. The cleaning lady was very nice and kept the facility clean. I live the pool area, quiet, and spacious. The AC worked fine while I was there. Unfortunately the location is not near the beach and if you don’t rent a car it’s hard to get around. I don’t mind walking so I walked to and from the beach but I would not walk alone at night. I would not feel safe. I highly recommend this place however make sure you rent a car if you do not like walking.
