We had a wonderful stay at Kaikushi. The property was very clean and incredibly spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated having two sets of beach towels plus plenty of bathroom towels. Beach chairs were provided, which was amazing, and the AC worked perfectly. The home also had an iron, shower gel, shampoo, a coffee machine, and a toaster. Parking for our rental car was easy. The host checked in with us throughout the stay and even offered complimentary cleaning twice. Highly recommend!

Our second stay at Kaikushi was great, location is perfect near Palm Beach. Stayed in the apartment #2 with pool/hot tub right outside our room. Will be staying here every trip to Aruba. Maya responds quickly to any questions/requests you may have. Would recommend taxi compared to renting a car, they show up within 5 minutes every call. Nothing but great things to say about Kaikushi.

The property is immaculate. Very clean and new. Lots of amenities, such as shampoo and shower gel, beach towels, and beach chairs. Nice pool with poolside lounge chairs that are comfortable. Although close to a busy street, you do not hear any noise due to concrete walls, and doors and windows are high quality and seal well. Air conditioning throughout kept us cool in the 38 degrees. Short drive to grocery store, Eagle beach, and Palm beach areas and many restaurants. Maya responded quickly to any questions and kept in touch throughout our stay. Highly recommend this property and can’t wait to visit again.

It felt very warm and inviting and you were eager to arrive back from a full day of activities to relax in peace and tranquility at the pool and outside areas. We celebrated my birthday here in August 2025 and I can’t wait to come back. Maya could not have been more helpful. Whatever we requested she accommodated. The property is clean, the pool is wonderful and the units are just the right size! We recommend renting a car as they are close to two main beaches and grocery store. If you’re in doubt don’t wait to book, you won’t be disappointed.👍

The property was clean and quite. The location was great. We rented a car but you could easly get to the good spots by taxi. There are some walkable spots but to get experience of the entire island you should rent a car. Beautiful property, this will definitely be my go to spot to stay the next time I return to Aruba.

We didnt like that there were frogs on the property near the pool and our room. Especially because we were really scared of them. Other than thay everything was PERFECT! The self check in and check out made it really easy

I loved how strategically located the villa was. Ease of getting the keys. Tranquility of the villa even though there were other guests. Watching the beautiful sunsets. Having the right number of beach chairs and beach towels. Modern, spacious and chic look of the villa. The outdoor and indoor eating options. It was quite and peaceful. However the front gate was not locked which allowed ppl that were not guest to access the property. There should be a welcome package in the unit upon arrival with all of the surrounding businesses , like clubs, lounges, supermarkets, gas station, hospitals and authorities Last but not least the bed was lopsided due to wear and tear. The mattress topper should be replaced. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. The pool and whirlpool was the best!
