Great property great location . Very clean grounds and very nice rooms. All the workers are pleasant and strive to make your stay relaxing. Had my doubts about the pool and beach chair reviews I read before coming but you can reserve complimentary chairs and umbrellas . There are a few and I mean a couple of palapas that are free but for the most part palapas are $60 a day to rent. Overall a great place and a very enjoyable stay at the Hyatt resort

We’ve stayed at several properties in Aruba, the Hyatt regency has been the best so far. Centrally located, many wonderful restaurants nearby, plenty of rental beachfront spaces. Very nice staff, a little pricy on the drinks and some wait staff are slow, but others make up for it. We will be back.

Pool and beach chairs have to be reserved days ahead. Was not able to use the pool for this reason besides one day. There's no service staff walking around taking food or drink orders in the pool area. Had better luck at the beach getting chairs and an umbrella and the enjoyed the beach no waves.
