We had a wonderful time during our stay here! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and you can walk easily to shops and restaurants. My son enjoyed all of the fish, birds, and iguanas on the property!

This trip is a second trip to Hyatt Regency Aruba for my husband and myself. We were there in 2023 and then again this year. The first year there were a few minor things that we felt needed to be improved as an upscale resort. None too bad that we did not reserve again this year. However, this last trip was quite disapointing. Two nights out of four there was extremely LOUD music (DJ) coming from a private party at the resort. There was a company that reserved the property for several days for a celebration of employees. The music was just below our room closely ajacent to the building. This happened two different nights. Timing: 7:00-11:00pm The base of the music was incredibly bothersome and overwhelming. This was not the vacation that we payed for. We even heard several people yelling from the balcony about the music. We called the front desk several times to voice concerns. Finally someone answered and could not address our concerns. Lunch food quality did not match the prices- just subpar and not really any variety. It is very unfortunate that on our next trip to Aruba, we will not consider the Hyatt. Peace and quiet at night in the comfort of your guest room is of upmost importance.

The property is centrally located to food and shopping. The pools are clean and easy access to the beach. The hotel itself is well maintained and clean. I would fully recommend this hotel to others.

The sand in the beach was great but the sand in the water was covered in kelp or seaweed and is muddy. When it gets disturbed, it releases a sulfur gassy smell. Further down the beach didn’t have the same issue.

The only drawback was that we are used to all inclusive resorts but we completely understand how the lack of is what keeps the local restaurants in business

The hotel is ok, the service is ok, but not worth for the money you pay. Literally you have to make a reservation for the everything, if you want an umbrella and chairs you have to reserve and obviously pay $30,40,50 just depend where you want, this is ridiculous because you are paying a lot for that hotel, basically I don’t recommend
