Beautiful fully (and newly) furnished 2BR/2Bath ground floor townhouse in Palm Beach. Property is gated with 24 hour security. It is well maintained and has 2 pools for your enjoyment. Located within short walking distance of local beaches and restaurants. Beach chairs are provided and available for your usage. The condo is within 3 minutes to countless restaurants, many are literally right across the street. We have a large back patio with covered balcony for your enjoyment and relaxation. There are 3 TV's for your viewing pleasure. Master bedroom is gorgeous equipped with a king bed large closet space,and bathroom. Spare bedroom has a queen bed and lots of closet space. Kitchen is upgraded with granite counter top, new cabinets, and modern appliances. Open concept living room and dining room. For your convenience, unit is equipped with starter paper products, laundry pods, and dishwasher pods. A special welcome gift will be included.
