Staff was very friendly they had lots of activities the place was very clean and they had a good choice of restaurant the food was great! The only thing was the WiFi was only in the lobby and the strength can be more faster for a more enjoyable experience

The people are very friendly. They go out of their way to help you. The beach is beautiful and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Clean and right by the water. Not too large, only one pool

OK - first and foremost - it is a beautiful facility and the staff are excellent. The location is perfect and the sunsets are remarkable. As far as the all inclusive - not all that impressed. The pool bar was well attended, and the bartenders worked to keep everyone served - BUT - the drinks are less than great. they use "local" brands of rum, gin, whiskey. That being said - when you see the bartender pouring from bottle to bottle - it makes you wonder exactly what is in there. The two buffet locations - have a wide variety of food. Recommendation - get there within an hour of the opening of each meal time - otherwise the items are picked over and not always refilled. Night meals are by reservation only - Arubean Seafood - I got sick Mexican - middle of the road - nothing special Japanese Hibatchi - excellent - Myrna is the hostess - outstanding ! Italian - Above average - nice setup Japanese - sushi side - excellent - again Myrna and her staff were great. Overall - I did not feel like the drinks (watered down - local brands) or the buffet food was worthy of the price we paid for an all inclusive. We have done all inclusive on cruise ships in the past and NEVER had an issue with the buffet or the drinks onboard.

Everything and everyone was so nice. Loved the nightly shows. I loved how you could book any excursion you wanted from the resort. Room was perfect, view was just what I asked for! The only thing that we didn’t care to much for was the Italian Restaurant! Perfect Honeymoon destination!

I had a problem with housekeeping everyday. Room was never cleaned until after 4 in the afternoon. Then to be told we couldn’t have some clean linens until 6:30 was unacceptable. I was told they were in the wash. If there isn’t enough clean towels then buy more. Also at the pool you couldn’t get two towels with one towel card. I was told one per person. These two incidents were so annoying but the rest of the staff and servers were very nice and hard working.

Pros: I loved that from the room you had the breathtaking views of the pool and the ocean. The rooms were nicely kept and were cleaned daily but needed some upgraded furniture to keep up with the humidity of the island. The two buffets were great and the staff were incredible. They were attentive, funny, and loved their job. Being Vegan was super easy and I had no issues finding food. The drinks were just as amazing, endless. Cons: The wait for pool towels was unsatisfactory. Having to wait 45 minutes for a towel when you have dinner reservation and then choose to go soaking wet in the elevator to your room to get ready can cause a danger hazard for others following in one's footsteps.
