Lovely stay at Palm Aruba Condo's

This condo was lovely! It was central, very comfortable, modern and clean. The pool and grounds were very nice with enough comfortable lawn chairs. Upon arrival though, we waited some time while the correct property manager was found for our condo rental. Albert, our security guard and another property manager onsite were helpful in determining and locating which property manager our booking was under. Eventually, the correct property manger was found and arrived to let us into our condo. There was no check in contact information noted anywhere on Hotels.com booking reservation. We have since provided Hotels.com with the contact check in information from our property manager, so moving forward check in should be easier.
