Upon checking into our room we did have one minor issue of a water bubble in the ceiling above the toilet. After one night of sleeping, we woke up to banging above us around 7:30am. We then realized they were doing construction on floor 4 and we kindly asked to switch rooms since we already had an issue with the ceiling. The process took longer than anticipated, but we were compensated in the end. Overall the property was nice and clean, convienient to all restaurants, bars, shopping. They were doing construction around the swim up pool which was another downside, but we did not spend much time at the pool. I enjoyed the casino being open late for when we were tired and just wanted to hang out inside our hotel, they also had live music and activities to enjoy throughout our stay!

The resort was very nice and the staff was doing the room were excellent. The bath drain was broken, would not close, and caused the shower to drain slowly. 1/4 of the pool was under construction. The music could get loud at night. I asked the concierge where I could buy just a coke in a bottle and they told me I could go to a grocery store, I found out later they had them in a shop that was across the aisle from the concierge. So, maybe a language issue? Aruba's beaches are very nice, and the people seemed very nice, getting gas at a gas station was difficult and confusing. Use a reputable rental company for a car. Oh, and the italian resturaunt by the light tower is good only for the view. food was mediocre and overpriced.

This resort is beautiful! It was very clean ans the staff were beyond pleasant and helpful when asked for assistance. The beach is gorgeous. There were plenty of seating at the beach and at the pools throughout the day at all times. We ordered room service before an early am excursion and it was delivered fast, andnit was good. Walking distance to a few more restaurants and a huge shopping plaza with a lot of other restaurants and shopping kiosks. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend

Our room was excellent, clean, comfortable, quiet, and cool. Staff was friendly and helpful all around. Dining options are somewhat limited and very pricey. We were surprised by unexpected daily resort fees. The Beach was immaculate but we have the Lord to Thank for that. There were many families and beach is wonderful if you have kids as there are no waves!! Overall, we had a great time and the hotel is beautiful. You will enjoy but just know everything is pricey.

Staff was great no matter what area . We did not go through the travel pkg presentation. So cannot speak about that. I was under the impression it was all inclusive and it was not. Very expensive for a vacation. Aruba was great destination.

My ocean view room was ideal for the view but it’s open to an inside atrium where below is the main lobby & where the bar is located. So it becomes very noisy with music, etc. but besides that staff was friendly and very attentive. Hotel was close and walkable to the strip.
