In the prestigious neighborhood of Kamay, you will find this stunning two- story villa offering 3-ensuite bedrooms, perfect for three couples, and four full bathrooms plus an upstairs “sunset suite”. Upon entering this amazing home, you will be welcomed by the large front wooden doors leading you to the open space concept living room and dining room with high wooden ceilings. The villa boasts almost 6,500 square feet of living space.
[Noise] Please be mindful of neighbours and refrain from excessive noise or loud music, especially after 10pm.
[No smoking inside] Please note the property is no-smoking. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee taken from your security deposit for odour removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of your cigarettes safely due to the high risk of fire.
[No Pets Allowed] We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, the property is not suitable to accommodate them
[No Parties/Events] We kindly ask you to treat the property as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
