The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking is not good, hard to find a spot to park. Would stay there again!

The beach area and location are fantastic! I upgraded to a full ocean view room which was amazing. My only complaint with my room was there were a couple of days that the thermostat stayed at 73 even though it was set at 68.I would recommend eating off site 2 nights because Aruba has phenomenal restaurants. Lunch at “Sea Breeze” is very good. If you stay a week you may have an hour wait for dinner 2 or 3 nights. Staff are all pleasant and work very hard. Unfortunately “Palm Bar” is only staffed by one employee. If you want coffee/danish in the morning from “Palm Bar”there could be 8-10 people in front of you. I liked it here - but no place is perfect especially with Covid effecting staffing .

The hotel is located at a very convenient place next to many restaurants, a mall and other shops. It is located right on the beach. The beach is beautiful. When you have such a beautiful beach there is no need for pool at all. The rooms are kind of outdated but still in good shape. Beds are too soft to sleep on which I personally did not like at all. The service at the restaurants is very slow. In July it was only 2 restaurants opened for dinner. If you come between 7:30-9 PM you will need to wait for 30-45 minutes to get seated and then you will wait another hour to get served. Many times they messed up our orders. But in general the staff at the hotel is very accommodating and kind.

The amenities such as free wifi, computer stations, coffee shops, & lounge areas were easily located in the lobby. The staff worked extremely hard to satisfy each guest, but it appeared they may have been understaffed. This may be a result of covid-19, wait time were about 30 min for food & drinks at the pool. Overall, Great hotel! Will stay there again.

The term all inclusive is somewhat misleading as some food items are not included and you must pay to rent a palapa and all types of water sports devices. No room service with the all inclusive. There was very limited service when by the pools. The Sea Breeze restaurant was very good during lunch but service really went down at dinner. Only 2 types of beer with all inclusive. No microwave in the rooms and not all rooms have been remodeled.

Location was great. Pool was great. Food could be better

An all inclusive property that charges $3 for a bottle of water, water the most basic of basics is not part of the “all inclusive” so beware. This wasn’t the case before the pandemic and I certainly don’t understand why it has to be after. Poorly trained staff, lack of staff. Never changing menu at all restaurant properties. Breakfast buffet serves cold food (that is meant to be hot). Inconsistent policies. Bad management.

Food was very good, but service was a little slow.

Just came back from a week long vacation with multiple family members and we had an amazing experience. I was hesitant with all the negative reviews but we all have to say we had a great time. This property must of taken all the feedback and improved on all issues. This place was so clean and well kept. The property has everything you need and the staff were friendly. You can’t go in thinking your going into a 5 star resort but with all this place has to offer it makes up for it. The food was great and the service at all restaurants was amazing. Thanks to The waitress Rosa for making it such a fun time for all of us. The beach is well maintained and there is security everywhere that ensures locals aren’t bothering guest. We can’t wait to book our next vacation there!!

Great Experience! Wish it was a bit more “lively” with music and activities.

The hotel is right on the beach, I had an ocean view and it was none other then amazing. The food on the resort was good never disappointed. The location of the hotel is great across the street are plenty of restaurants if you choose not to get all inclusive and there are plenty of stores to walk around. Everything was walking distance.

Rooms were clean. Bed was super comfortable. I liked that the ocean wasn’t far from the shaded areas with lounge chairs. Beach was perfect for kids or those who don’t like waves. Lots to do in the evening with the outdoor mall just outside the resort. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Pools were clean. Our only complaint was the food. We were all inclusive and would not choose that options next time.

Great location, but property dated. Could really use a reno. Service wasn’t on point but I’m assuming it’s because of leaner staff due to covid. Overall still a pleasant stay during these crazy times
