We travelled with kids and the hotel has horrible food options- do not get all inclusive option. The front desk staffs are very rude and not very supportive. The hotel is going through construction and they start early morning disturbing our sleep. I would stay away from this hotel at any cost.

This is my rating for the following 1 bad, 10 great. Room 7.5 somewhat out dated. Dining food all three meals 8.2 We went All Inclusive. Room cleaning 9 Our room was alway cleaned when we return. Beaches, are the responsibilities by the government not the hotel.5 This after mentioning to the hotel management. Too bad for the hotels. Be prepare to rent umbrella, the beach towels are free but feel like sand paper. Value for your money: 7 to 7.5.. Hope this helps...

The food at Holiday Inn was the best of any island I have been to. The people working there are exceptional and go out of there way to make sure you are happy, the service could not be better, the resort is very clean. The one thing I did not like is that there was no night time entertainment, we feel with a family the nightly shows are a must on a resort. Also I did not like that the resort charged money for a gazebo by the pool, it was like $200 American for the day, I though that was unacceptable and should have been included for when you pay for all inclusive. The food is expensive if you do not do all inclusive I strongly recommend with a family to opt out for the all inclusive it is really worth it. Can't wait to go back to the Holiday Inn.

For all the families out here this property was great super kid friendly ( lots of kids for your kid to play with ) dinning options and walking distance to this cute little down town area that had a bunch of shops and food and desserts. One thing I will say that I didn’t like is that the pool closes at 7 pm which I felt like was super early for vacation but overall rooms were clean , staff was absolutely amazing and food was good . Would def stay here again !

You can walk to nightlife and steps from the beach everyone is wonderful my negative I was unable to get a free palapa with my platinum membership because I booked through Expedia and directly with hotel which was $30 per day I was not informed I would loose a benefit by booking through a third party unfortunately

The Holiday Inn puts every client first. The entire hotel is well maintained and clean. The staff is professional and friendly. Every restaurant provides such a wonderful culinary experience. The beach is beautiful. Plenty of space for everyone. It is in a perfect location - literally steps to shops, restaurants and buzzing night life.

Hotel is on a gorgeous strip of beach and across the street from the main strip with restaurants shopping etc so location really can’t be beat. property isn’t luxurious but is clean and convenient location with clear water because it’s not right by the pier with water sports. We upgraded to an ocean front which was gorgeous and loved having that balcony view- original view was supposed to be ocean view but it was a side view of the pool so we paid to upgrade which was annoying but worth it. 3 pools which are all clean- need to be down early to get free chairs at pool so we Booked palapa daily for shade and just walked back and forth. Did all-inclusive. Food and drink at Seabreeze was the best out of the options- We walked over daily for lunch to also sit in the shade for awhile. Annoying that you have to sign a bill for every single all inclusive transaction. Bottled water or drinks aren’t included and fridge has nothing in it so definitely bring reusable water bottles. All in all, it was a great trip. Would not necessarily stay here again as it lacked action after 7pm. Pool even closed and you can’t use it- very quiet after 7 so best to walk around town. Restaurants besides sea breeze aren’t great so probably wouldn’t do all-inclusive again. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. Buffet breakfast at Corales will satisfy the picky eater and the hungry. For outdoor experience the SeaBreeze was wonderful, and if you want an indoor experience I recommend the DaVinci. Big shout out to all the staff especially Jimmy, John and Rosemary for their wonderful service at breakfast and dinner.
