Rooms were clean. Bed was super comfortable. I liked that the ocean wasn’t far from the shaded areas with lounge chairs. Beach was perfect for kids or those who don’t like waves. Lots to do in the evening with the outdoor mall just outside the resort. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Pools were clean. Our only complaint was the food. We were all inclusive and would not choose that options next time.

Great location, but property dated. Could really use a reno. Service wasn’t on point but I’m assuming it’s because of leaner staff due to covid. Overall still a pleasant stay during these crazy times

Excellent staff, and very good food menu . Front desk very accommodating

I loved the Sea Breeze Restaurant. I liked the central location. I did not like the spoty WiFi. I did not like paying $30 for an umbrella.

Staff was wonderful and friendly. Food was great😊

Location of property was perfect. Plenty of outdoor area

The only thing we did not like about the all-inclusive was that you had to sign a bill every time you got a drink at the bar

Pools were unique. Beach was spacious and great location. Staff was excellent and accommodating. Louise and Rosa at the Oceanside grill were fantastic. Mary and the front desk was extremely helpful.

Food, dining and drinks with the all inclusive package were fantastic. Beach and pool: so good.

It was affordable, key spot on the strip for shopping and walking the beach. We had issues with the ac not working in our room that never was fixed but other than that, it was a good trip

Loved the clean beach, great sand to walk in. Staff was friendly and helpful. A little disappointed that there was only two restaurants to choose from for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was very good with lots to pick from. Room was very nice. Disappointed with new policy of charges for the beach cabana huts. We were there two years ago and it was a lottery on which one you got, but there was no charge. When you pay to stay at the hotel, you shouldn’t have to get up at 6am just to get a chair on the beach or poolside. That should be a given. Had a good time on the sunset cruise and a great message. Thanks for a relaxing time.

The resort is steps from the beach and very well located near shops and restaurants outside their property, which is a plus if you're not getting the AI package. I wish they had a complimentary shuttle from/to the airport as part of the AI package. I learned later that it's an extra cost. Taxi is an option. It would be nice if they had more special events or amenities for the guests, but they do offer a different theme night every week with different food options. Overall, it is a great resort if you just want to relax by the pool or beach. I highly recommend the AI (all-inclusive) package if you're staying more than 3 nights.
