Beautiful property! Very well maintained inside and out.

We enjoyed everything. Facilities and rooms were great, staff was great.

The resort was clean staff friendly and very helpful I was upset that we only had 2 resturants didn't Lille that we had to pay for umbrellas on he beach and The alcohol was watered down, I also thought that for the amount of money it cost we should have been able to have premium alcohol not cheap alcohol

Great location, friendly staff. Did the all inclusive..so worth it, even if you want to venture out a night or two across the street for dinner. Do wish they had an addition restaurant choice for dinner on premise. Had the room on ground floor by the pool which was so convenient but could get noisy at night with ppl who like to hang out by the pool. Will be back! Not luxury but exactly what you needed for a good price at the best location.

The only great thing about this property was it’s location right on the beach. Being that it is not cheap to stay there it feels like a cheap 2 star hotel. I don’t understand why the hotel would reply by saying situation was rectified... misleading... the beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever had. The food quality was terrible most things were fried. Even when I requested if they could bring some steamed vegetables for my toddler they brought a few veggies full of oil. The service was not great either. Some people were very nice while others were very rude. The room smelled of mildew and was not cleaned properly. The hotel needs a major update. It looks and feels very old. Chipping paint, old. With all the money they charge you’d think they could remodel and get some more healthy options for food. Overall, I’d give it 2 stars and that’s purely based on location.

I had a Beachfront room and loved the view. Beautiful Beach!!!

Service is very slow. Employees don’t seem happy at all. Chaotic.

Grounds were pretty and well kept., the rooms could use some updating.

It was just the right size of property without being overwhelming. Would definitely go back and stay there again. What I didn’t like restaurants did not have bathrooms. You had to go outside near pool or casino. Casino was very small not welcoming.

The service at front desk was horrible. The manager was not consistent with all members of my party. I will never come to this hotel again.

Beautiful beaches, impossible to get an umbrella or hut UNLESS you get up at 4 a.m. on your vacation. Be prepared to pay $40.00 a day to rent an umbrella...a must to sit on the beach..
