Great hotel and the staff and food was excellent

The access to the beach and the city is very close. The rooms are outdated, but have good AC. And who comes to rooms besides sleep in Aruba. I didn't like that we always received bills and had to wait after having a meal in all inclusive resorts, i understand dinner. But when u get coffee its a little too much. Why did we have the bracelets? Plus 1 of 3 restaurants was open only 2 times a week.

The best part of Aruba is the great weather and sea. But there really is no point in getting all inclusive. You would need to pay for some things even with the all inclusive. Anything in bottles (water, soda, beer) is not included, you can only get what they serve in a cup. Some food choices was also not included (steak and lobster), I understand that those are expensive dishes, but what do you pay extra for the all inclusive for. Only two big umbrella tents can be used without paying, they cover about 15 lounge chairs. The only thing that is open at night is one bar and a small casino, you are better off to go across the street into the city for entertainment.

The location of this resort is amazing, the food is excellent. Beautiful hotel.

the only thing wrong was an all inclusive should include everything on the food menu and all so include top shelf booze and beer

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking is not good, hard to find a spot to park. Would stay there again!

The beach area and location are fantastic! I upgraded to a full ocean view room which was amazing. My only complaint with my room was there were a couple of days that the thermostat stayed at 73 even though it was set at 68.I would recommend eating off site 2 nights because Aruba has phenomenal restaurants. Lunch at “Sea Breeze” is very good. If you stay a week you may have an hour wait for dinner 2 or 3 nights. Staff are all pleasant and work very hard. Unfortunately “Palm Bar” is only staffed by one employee. If you want coffee/danish in the morning from “Palm Bar”there could be 8-10 people in front of you. I liked it here - but no place is perfect especially with Covid effecting staffing .

Worst

The hotel is located at a very convenient place next to many restaurants, a mall and other shops. It is located right on the beach. The beach is beautiful. When you have such a beautiful beach there is no need for pool at all. The rooms are kind of outdated but still in good shape. Beds are too soft to sleep on which I personally did not like at all. The service at the restaurants is very slow. In July it was only 2 restaurants opened for dinner. If you come between 7:30-9 PM you will need to wait for 30-45 minutes to get seated and then you will wait another hour to get served. Many times they messed up our orders. But in general the staff at the hotel is very accommodating and kind.

The amenities such as free wifi, computer stations, coffee shops, & lounge areas were easily located in the lobby. The staff worked extremely hard to satisfy each guest, but it appeared they may have been understaffed. This may be a result of covid-19, wait time were about 30 min for food & drinks at the pool. Overall, Great hotel! Will stay there again.

The term all inclusive is somewhat misleading as some food items are not included and you must pay to rent a palapa and all types of water sports devices. No room service with the all inclusive. There was very limited service when by the pools. The Sea Breeze restaurant was very good during lunch but service really went down at dinner. Only 2 types of beer with all inclusive. No microwave in the rooms and not all rooms have been remodeled.

Location was great. Pool was great. Food could be better

An all inclusive property that charges $3 for a bottle of water, water the most basic of basics is not part of the “all inclusive” so beware. This wasn’t the case before the pandemic and I certainly don’t understand why it has to be after. Poorly trained staff, lack of staff. Never changing menu at all restaurant properties. Breakfast buffet serves cold food (that is meant to be hot). Inconsistent policies. Bad management.

Food was very good, but service was a little slow.
