4 Bed Luxury Villa , Private Pool, Short Walk To Ritz And Marriott Beach !

Hello Travelers...
Our 2000 square foot 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa features high 14 foot cathedral ceilings with main living area having a open view design.
There is plenty of light with large windows and all glass exterior doors.
The villa sits on a spacious 8000 square foot property at the end of a small cul-de-sac and is just a few minute walk to the Ritz and Marriott beach.
From our front gate to the Marriott/Ritz Carlton Roundabout/circle is 750 meters / 4/10 of a mile... Walkable in about 7-8 minutes.

The outside area features a spaceously sized 350 square foot pool that is 4-5 feet in depth.
There are 2 in water benches that accommodates 4 people comfortably and with steps near by 6 people can enjoy a drink while sitting in the pool.
Surrounding the pool area are a number of lounge chairs for you to enjoy the sun.
The pool is also raised 1 foot above the ground which provides impromptu seating all around the pool.
The pool is surrounded by a spacious 1000+ square foot high end coral patio which your bare feet will greatly appreciate.
Adjoining the coral patio and a step up is another 1000+ square foot Bavarian field stone patio (also bare foot friendly) covering most of the backyard area.

The outdoor design and spaciousness of the property offer our guests several covered areas for gathering:
1. In the back corner behind the pool there is a large tropical styled gazebo area that houses an impressive 20 foot L shaped polished concrete wet bar complete with electric outlets and LED lighting all around under the bar and along the inside of the gazebo. With hotel quality bar stools and grill it's the perfect place for your outdoor dining.
2. Three large tropical styled palapas (think permanent super large beach umbrella with palm leaves) located along the pool area, with two of the palapas under an area of soft grass. Each of the palapas have a built in round/oval shape wood table built in.
3. A 12 x 15 foot pergola attached off the house in the back adjoining the dinning room. It is covered by a heavy duty translucent plexiglass thus allowing light but shielding you from direct sun and rain. It features 2 large strong fans, high end teak couch, chairs, and end tables. Lastly it has a 12 foot polished concrete table at dining room table height attached to the wall. So there is another area for you to sit and dine.

The rest of the property is accessible either on a stamped concrete walkway or our customized stepping stones. To complete the tropical feel there are
150+ plants some amongst the 25+ clay pots. Hopefully the accompanying photos enhance the description.

We have our own on call chef. Chef Jon specializes in authentic Aruban cuisine.

We can make vehicle rental reservations for you. Most of the time we are able to get a better price than going through the big name companies.
A majority of our guests have booked the vehicle rentals through us.

There is small additional per night guest fee for more than 6 guests just to cover additional expenses.
