Located in gated community called Palma Real is quiet and only a few minutes drive to downtown Palm Beach with its shops, beaches, cinemas and night-life, or a 10 minute walk. The complex has two pools, children's pool and playground. There is 24/7 security and two parking spaces in front of the villa. A small grocery store, several excellent restaurants and banks are around the corner.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.
