The Space:

The CORDON 138 was designed for your comfort and enjoyment, offering:



✨ An open-concept living space that brings together the living room, kitchen, and dining area — perfect for sharing warm, memorable moments.



🛏️ 3 cozy bedrooms:

 • One bedroom with a King bed

 • Two bedrooms with a Queen bed each

 • 2 additional foldable single beds, ideal for children or extra guests



🛁 Two full bathrooms



🌿 A screened-in veranda with a dining table, perfect for enjoying meals together year-round



⚽ A foosball table for fun family moments



✨ Outside, unwind in the covered 4-season hot tub or gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars.



✨ During summer, enjoy access to a shared area by Lac des Grandes Baies, located about 200 meters from the chalets. This private lakeside spot includes a dock and a relaxation area shared with the neighboring chalet (CORDON 144). Four kayaks and two paddleboards are available for you to explore the calm waters of the lake.



✨ A complete and connected experience

• Unlimited high-speed fiber internet for a fast and stable connection

• A Smart TV with access to streaming platforms like Netflix and YouTube (cable not included)



✨ Additional information

• Barbecue: The BBQ is not maintained from November to April, and its operation cannot be guaranteed during that period.

• Indoor gas fireplace: Available from October to April.

• Watercraft: Kayaks and paddleboards are provided for your use at your own responsibility. While their condition is checked regularly, their operation cannot be guaranteed.



✨ Large group rental: You can rent both CORDON 138 and CORDON 144 together to accommodate up to 16 guests.

Beauty cottage in a quiet place

The place is beautiful, as pictured. Went on a family trip with toddlers and grandparents too. The place is new, clean and everything we dreamed of for a quiet week away. 4 stars for location as the parking/cottage is on a steep incline, might be difficult for a small vehicle in heavy snow.
