Small house in Vendean style, independent, comfortable, living room with recent and comfortable sofa bed for 2, 1 small bedroom with 2 bunk beds, enclosed garden of 290 m2, located halfway between the town of Noirmoutier and the port of Herbaudière, near the beach of Luzéronde. Exceptional location on the edge of the salt marshes not overlooked, away from the main road: calm and rest assured.

Très belle situation pour cette petite maison indépendante avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de belles vacances ! Un jardin sans vis à vis qui donne sur une piste cyclable qui est très pratique : nous n’avons pas sorti la voiture de la semaine !Tout le nécessaire est sur place ! À noter que le couchage pour adulte se fait uniquement sur un canapé lit, mais c’est très clair dans l’annonce.

Tres belle Plage de luzeronde à 15mn à pied .Bien équipé velos ,barbecue ,chaises longues ...Seul Bemol la propreté du logement et de la vaiselle !!Dommage que le ménage n'a pas été fait à fond avant l'ouverture de la saison ...

Vue magnifique

Petite maison idéalement située entre Noirmoutiers ville et l'Herbaudière. On peut tout faire à vélo. Une piste cyclable se trouve juste derrière la maison. La plage est à 1km . La vue sur les marais depuis le jardin de la maison est imprenable. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances au calme

Emplacement optimal

Une petite maison sans prétention mais où on se sent bien. Plus proche de la piste cyclable et encore mieux des magnifiques marais salants, ce n'est pas possible. Nous avons beaucoup pédalé mais nous nous sommes également bien reposés. Idéal pour 2 ou 3. Très contents de notre séjour.

La petite maison dans le marais

Évidemment louer à Noirmoutier à cette époque de l'année avec en bonus une météo une marée très propices à la divagation au naturel dans les grandes étendues amères ce n'est pas grave que la position pour regarder la télé soit aussii dure. Sinon tout y est.

Jolie location sans prétention avec jardin merveilleux où nous avons mangé tous les jours sous le beau sapin à l'ombre. Chemin vélo passant juste devant la propriété. Vue merveilleuse sur les marais. Ile à visiter en vélo, nous avions les notre mais le propriétaire en a 2 à disposition. Sympa ! Attention aux moustiques le soir !

Cadre reposant et calme

Parfait pour un séjour en famille. La situation de la maison permet d'accéder immédiatement aux pistes cyclables favorisant la plupart des déplacements à vélo. Notamment pour se rendre à la plage à 900 mètres. Le cadre offre une vue directe sur les marais. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.
